If you would like the concise version of great things about our experience with Advantage Plumbing Co please skip to the last paragraph (I know lengthy reviews can be a difficult to commit to), but our experience was so great that I feel it's necessary to share the full story.. A few weeks ago my wife and I ran into an issue with our plumbing, some issues flushing one of our toilets and bubbling coming from it when we ran other devices, those of you familiar with plumbing may already recognize the signs of a main line clog, I was not familiar.. My wife and I both work during the day and my wife was 33 weeks pregnant at the time, not wanting to have plumbing issues and not being able to meet a plumber during normal business hours we paid extra to have an after hours plumber from another company come look at our issues. They did eventually tell us that we had a main line clog, but for them to take off one of our toilets (we have an older house with no clear out valve) and send a camera down just to look at it was going to be more than we could afford, let alone to get a jetter out to clear the line which would more than double the cost and wouldn't happen til the next day. I feel myself a capable DIY person, and we had some time, so I decided I would undertake this issue on my own, and we paid the service fee and sent the other plumber on their way. I'm sure most people could predict the next part so I'll spare some details, but the next several days consisted of numerous trips up under the house, snaking the line, and because we have old cast iron pipes, putting holes in the line, then patching the holes I just created only to find the line still clogged and my wife's patience wearing thin. Admitting defeat and wanting working plumbing before my wife went into labor I began calling around to get quotes on the issues we were having. This was my first interaction with Dale. He spent no less than 45 minutes with me on the phone not only getting me as much information as he could on pricing, but also talking me through all of the questions I now had about my plumbing and giving me advice on things to look for. After a short discussion with my wife, in which she desperately pleaded with me not to try to fix it on my own again (which I had no intention of doing, but I understood her concern) I called Dale back to see when he could come take a look at our situation, which he said he would be able to do later that day, and would do free of charge. He came out and walked through the whole set up with me, and after talking through things we agreed it would be best to replace most of the piping under our house (in part because of the damage I had done to them, but also because of the general shape they were in). He mentioned the price for replacing all of the pipes, which was significantly less than the price we had originally gotten just to send a camera down the line, and we set a date for the following Wednesday (this was Thursday), which worked for us, we were just glad to know it would be done before we had our child, but then.... My wife and I's expected due date was still about a month away, but our sweet little child had better ideas and decided to come that Saturday, almost 4 weeks early. Now, a little more frantic, in the hospital and expecting to get home Monday with our newborn and not having working plumbing until Wednesday, I called Dale again from the hospital and told him we would be happy to pay extra to move the appointment up, he said there would be no charge and they came and changed out the pipes Monday morning, finishing before we made it home from the hospital. The next day we ran into another small issue and they had people out to fix it right away! I cannot tell you the stress that we were under and what a blessing Dale and all of the guys from Advantage Plumbing Co have been for my family and I! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, more than happy to answer questions and walk you through things step by step so you know what's going on. They are incredibly affordable, and will lay out multiple options to work with you on your needs and what you can afford. Their work is very high quality and they stand by the work they do. Finally, and most importantly to us, they are real people and understand that you are as well, and they take the time to understand the situation you are in and do whatever they can to help. My wife, our newborn, and I are all deeply grateful! We will use them for any future needs, and recommend them to anyone that asks! I was having trouble with my main bathroom backing up and my kitchen sink started doing it too. I finally got fed up when the pipe started leaking in the bathroom. A friend recommended them so I called the next morning. Dale just happened to be right up the road from my house and was here in less than 10 minutes! He was extremely friendly and professional and worked hard to figure out what was causing all my problems. He even had 2 more of his guys come out, Mitch and Jeff, to help make sure my drains where clean! Everyone was amazing! They asked if there was anything else they could do for me after getting everything draining properly. I asked if they could fix some shut off valves and they gladly jumped right on it for me! I was expecting it to cost an arm and a leg for all the work they put into it, but NOPE!! He gave me such an amazing price I will definitely be calling them again if another issue arises! We had our septic system back up, so we needed quick help. The first company we called couldn't locate our tank. We contacted Dale at Advantage late in the day and he agreed to come out first thing the next morning with camera/sensor equipment to locate our tank. He also managed to get us a pump truck as well, so we were able to locate, dig up/uncover and pump out our clogged tank all at once. To top it off, Dale came back yet again first thing the next day and installed a permanent tank access for us so in the future if we needed to service the tank, we wouldn't have to rip out our yard again. This all happened at emergency speed, but with without any emergency pricing. Super happy. read more

Had a National company to come, paid $300 and they did not find the problem. Water company said I used 10,100 gallons of water in 2 months. I do not have swimming pool or waterfall. No leaks in the house or yard according to them. Called Advantage and they found I needed a new pressure valve. Told us how to run a test that night. We stopped using water at 6PM and checked at 6 AM and the meter had not moved. Gave me a quote before they came, fixed a minor leak and did not charge me any more than what he said. Advantage Plumbing replaced my water line this morning (August 15, 2018). Dale and Jeff explained what needed to be done, what the challenges were--roots from a large tree posed the largest challenge--and were clear about the cost. They completed the job quickly. They were thorough and conscientious (making sure, for example, that we were happy with the water pressure when the water was turned back on). Dale & company had done some very good work on an earlier plumbing issue. Based on that experience we hired them to install a sprinkler system. They worked extensively to solve some problems that cropped up during the installation. 6 months later some issues came up (no fault of theirs) and they came out the next day. I highly recommend these friendly professionals. I called them really just to get an estimate on a specific problem I had. Dale and Jeff came on short noticed. When he arrived, he asked me for all my problems. I told them every problem or desire I could think of and they just attacked it all. Within 3 weeks of moving to a new home, new city, and new state my hot water heater took a nose dive. I was able to get in touch with Advantage Plumbing within a few minutes of realizing the situation. The next day at 9:00 am, Dale and his associate were at my home. Great job ! Called Advantage Plumbing yesterday and they showed up as promised early today. Dale went over all aspects of job before starting and every thing went as expected. They replaced the entire water line from the meter at the street across the yard to the house . Once the plumbing was completed they restored the yard and you can not tell they were ever there. Called Dale for the 1st time to replace a hot water heater, he said he would be there in the afternoon of that same day and actually did as he said he would. What a pleasant surprise! Replaced the hot water heater and his assistant also took care of an unrelated water line problem while draining the heater with no extra charge.
