Yesterday I had a really bad experience with another mechanic in town, and had wasted a good…read moreportion of my day with them. I called Carl at Mototran as he came highly recommended from the Oakville Moms Group. I explained over the phone what the problem was and how frustrated I was with the other place I had been to. He sympathized and asked if I could bring my car in that afternoon. When I did, I was quickly greeted at the desk and already felt more at ease than I did at the previous mechanic I had been to. Carl came out and we had a quick chat, and he brought my car into the shop to take a look. In less than ten minutes, he had fixed the issue, and given me a recommendation for another issue that might develop in time. To top of an already amazing experience - he didn't charge me for what he fixed. To say I was happy with the service is an understatement. I will be coming back here for any other issues I have, and will send all of my friends here as well. Carl definitely cares about his customers and knows what good customer service means.
