When I contacted the owner and sent him a picture of the nest remnants, he asked where it was and his response was that he didn't see it. Another pest control company advised me that a proper thorough spray would have killed this wasp nest. Advantage Pest made no concessions to respray or for a partial refund. In fact, no response after I advised him where the nest was and sent him the picture. I will not be a returning customer!
