He gave us a two hour appointment window and courteously notified us a half hour before arriving. My eye caught the attention of the backed by the BBB sign. I called and set up an appointment when much to my surprise, one of the owners came to my home to access my backyard specifications. Not too often do you see the owner do this. One of the Friendliest people I have ever met. Soon after that, another owner with his crew showed up to begin the work. When framed with wood and the cement in, they put a hard coating on top with the stamp of my liking into it and it was then sealed. I was impressed with the crew that was very friendly and hard working. The lead construction worker came and asked me one more time what I wanted so that it was right. the owner came before the job and asked me also, what I wanted so the job was done right, and I would be pleased with the outcome. When completed, I noticed that some of the coloring that they put down was much lighter in a few areas and I was not totally happy with the results. The owner then contacted me and addressed what was wrong. He then came to my house himself and put more coloring in the areas that I thought didn't look right. then it was sealed again in some areas. he didn't have to do this, but he wanted me to be 100% pleased with his product. Wow, I have never had a company make such an effort to do a job well done and to my specifications. I could tell that the company and their reputation meant a lot to them. Although it took longer than expected to complete because of the rainy spring we had, the owner kept in contact with me through the entire time it took to put my patio in. Some in the past have left me many days, wondering if and when they were coming back. This company has owners and workers who care and have a conscience about doing a job well done and the happiness of their client. As a general contractor with over 20 years in business, I was not impressed with their work. They ripped out whatever was in their way and left a mess that had to be fixed/covered up. In one instance, they only needed a couple inches and they could have installed the duct behind a closet wall/bi-fold door but instead they busted up the trim and tore out framing to do their install directly in the way of the door. I understand that the owner who was selling the house probably didn't care - they likely just wanted the "cheapest" thing done to get the sale, but it showed a distinct lack of foresight AND a lack of respect for the new owners (my sister, brother-in-law and their kids). It really isn't THAT much more difficult to CARE about one's work! Based on that, I cannot recommend them.

They came out once, hit the duct with his fist and called it good. It has gotten worse with time I have 6 emails to them to please fix it, no response. Now we are reaching out to other companies to see if they can fix it, litigation will follow if there is a cost. this is not the way to treat someone when they spend a lot of money on a new HVAC system.
