This was his first major purchase, and we were assured by the dealership that the truck was in mint condition, fully inspected, and had no issues. However, shortly after the purchase, the truck developed serious transmission problems. It ultimately required a full transmission replacement. Thankfully, we did purchase a warranty, but even that has turned into another issue. The warranty company is not covering the full cost, and the dealership has refused to step in and cover the remaining balance. Their reasoning was that the repair shop was charging too much--but that leaves us stuck paying for a major repair on a vehicle that should not have had these issues in the first place. To make matters worse, even some of the dealership employees have told us that this situation isn't right and that the cost should have been covered. However, the owner has refused to take responsibility or pay the remaining balance. The truck has now been sitting in the shop for over a month, completely undrivable. I do want to mention that Jay, our salesman, was great to work with. Unfortunately, beyond that, I cannot say anything positive about this dealership. We feel like we were sold a lemon, and the dealership is not standing behind the vehicle they sold us. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Orlando Preowned to think twice.

There is actually a full show room to pick up your new car from an inside location. Our first Tesla in Tampa was kind of parked where all the other cars are coming in for service in the outdoor lot. We were asked several times if we were being helped or what they could do for us, and I noticed all of the staff were super conscious of people constantly coming in. This is a location for delivery as well as doing your demo drive. It's crazy that they had 4 cyber trucks. One is up front to see and 3 in the back. Another thing about this location is that a year ago we got a paper license plate from the Tampa location that lasted about 15 seconds on I 95 . Here we got an actual metal plate. We were told after 30 days we could apply for a vanity plate. We live in St Augustine but opted to come to Orlando because there is $1000 cheaper fleet price than in picking up in Jacksonville. We were told each store has their own pricing. This must be brand new because I'm adding this business for the first time but has plenty of reviews on Google. But Facebook doesn't have this location for some reason. Shout out to Destiny for a great delivery process! My car was charged fully when I got it!
