I didn't have to wait a week to get her in or a week to get her out. They washed and vacuumed her which is normal but appreciated. After a trip to my normal mechanic, he recommended that I take it to the Coleman Taylor on Winchester. Greg took got me checked-in, and within two hours they had diagnosed the problem and ordered the part to get it fixed. I scheduled a time to bring it in a few days later. When I dropped the truck off the following week, they were taking it back to the bay before my ride even showed up to pick me up. My truck was back on the road the same day and seems to be running like new. Everyone at this location was extremely professional. From their uniforms to their manners. Always a "yes, sir" and "thank you, sir". And a special thanks to Miguel for going above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend this location.

I asked them before taking the car if they work on them, and they said yes. They put a bad harmonic balancer on that caused significant engine damage. They had the car for over 14 months. After I got the car back (finally), I had to bring it back to them 8 times for overheating, A/C not working, etc. Each time their attitude got worse and worse. The last time, they suggested I take the car somewhere else, which I did. Two weeks ago, both head gaskets blew. Archers was supposed to replace these. Then the machine shop said the valve stem seals were leaking. Archers was supposed to fix these also. I don't like paying for the same real estate twice, but that's what is happening here. I am fixing things they claimed to have fixed. This is costing me a lot of money that really hurts because I am retired and on a fixed income.
