Though I was deeply impressed by his written credential, I was unable to hire Mr Thomson due to relentless delays in my divorce initiated in Sep 2020 , delays associated with allegations against me. During my phone conversation, Mr Thomson explained to me how professional appraisers ensure fair evaluatation of divorce-relalated properties, when one property owner i s likely absent. I must state that Mr Thomson was incrediblly kind and analytical and his explanation to me concering fair house evaluation was filled with funny metaphors!! After Mr Thomson's agreement to evaluation of my marital residence, I informed my attorny of selection of Cody Thomson. On March 21, 2023, I informed Mr Thomspon that the court has ordered him to appraise my marital residence. I subsequently requested that my attorney faciitate Mr Thomson's communication with my soon-to-be ex for his evaluation. I thought I would have to meet Mr Thomson prior to his evaluation and likely wait for many more months prior to his actual evaluation. ... To my surprise, on March 29 2023, Mr Thomson informed me of his completion of house evaluation on the same day and the availability of his report no later than April 4, 2023. On the morning of April 4, 2023, I wondered if Mr Thomson would send my attorney and myself his report, as he promised. On the early afternoon of Apr il 4, 2023, I got his report , the structured analyses in which are truly amazing. She indicated who the appraiser would be, Ryan, and gave a brief description of what Ryan would be doing once he was at my home. Sarah stated the pricing clearly and the form of payments accepted. I was pleasantly surprised, that the appointment was only a few days out! Sarah explained, that once Ryan finished at the home, it would be about 48 -72 hours to receive the finished report.
