Here's why I'm giving three stars. (Do not go to Dr. Haley)…read more For one, the place is clean. That's the bare minimum, but you'd be surprised. The front office representatives have been sweet to me. The gynecologist I saw first was Catherine Green. Her and her nurse assistant was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns. She's the one who gave me options for a laparoscopy since she highly suspects I have endometriosis. HOWEVER, my second visit is what was frustrating. I saw Dr. Haley. Probably one of the biggest dismissive jerks there. Even with thoroughly describing what I've been through and my following appointment, he claimed I was not "articulate and didn't know what I wanted". Hey pal, that's your job. It's to help me navigate what step to take to help lessen the excruciating pain I'm in most of the time. Do not see this guy; will be passive aggressive in your health summaries as well and claim things you did not say. Be very careful about who you see and always be very adamant about your concerns, no matter what a female or male doctor will say. It's their job to help you even if you "don't know what you want".

I was only 23 years old at the time and very fearful of the operation itself. Dr. Schoenberg walked me through everything step by step. This gave me some faith in him and the machine before the operation. It wasn't until during the procedure when I realized what a great Doctor Schoenberg is. The nurse was saying technical terms to him while he was operating and Dr. Schoenberg's response was "I am not worried about that right now, I am worried about Charlotte." That is when I had complete faith that Dr. Schoenberg. He knew EXACTLY what he was doing and was taking good care of me. I was beyond grateful to have him as my doctor. After he was done with the Lasik surgery he was BEYOND excited for me, so excited that he even asked to take a picture! That meant the world to me, especially because I've never been able to see clearly. I have always had glasses, since the age of four years old. I will never forget his kindness and enthusiasm for this big change in my life. I was one of his youngest patients and I am telling you right now, it was hands down the fastest and easiest procedure I've ever had. The doctor felt my ankle for all of 10 seconds, said I had Achilles tendonitis and needed to rest and gave me a piece of paper with some generic stretches. After about 2 weeks, the swelling and pain were only getting worse and I went to the emergency room. They quickly diagnosed me with DVT and PE (I had blood clots in my legs and lungs!!). I spent 4 days in the ICU. According to them, I should've had an MRI done because this is common and can be deadly. The fact that it wasn't even mentioned or thought about in my appointment is extremely disappointing and shows lack of care. I would not recommend this office.

Yes, they sanitize between patients on all their equipment. They are still up holding all cautions so bare with them. Show up for your appointment and bring your patients. Everyone they see is a priority. I like the staff and the fact that they treat you with respect and kindness. I appreciate that I personally was taken care of and relaxed so much that the surgical process only took 15 minutes for my first and second eye procedures. ( done on two separate dates). The pain factor is minimal and my vision is now 20/20. I didn't realize how much I was missing until I received my two new lenses. I followed all their instructions to the letter, and healed without any complications. Thank you Milan Eye Center for your great customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend your office and your excellent staff.

As I entered, my first impression was that the facility was very clean and offered a pleasant environment. Everyone I've interacted with was friendly and helpful. Best of all, I was called back for my appointment ON TIME! No waiting forever to be seen. I opted to have Dr. Nguyen as my primary doctor. My last primary set the bar very high. Dr. Nguyen did not disappoint. She's wonderful. During my appointment, she listened to all my concerns, asked pertinent questions and addressed every request without hesitation. My husband has also established as a patient and is equally pleased. Best part, I've been able to get multiple services done under one roof. No more running around to different facilities.
