Paul at Allied worked with me over the course of four months figuring out the best way to deal with the problem. The solution was a channel drain that would lead to my existing gutter drainage system. Because of the topography of my existing driveway, I assumed that there would still be a fair amount of puddling even after the drain was installed and that I would just have to live with it. In the days just after the install however, it rained quite a bit, and the drain worked pretty much perfectly. The puddling has been reduced by about 95%, and the water that does collect is shallow enough to handle easily. After the rain stops, the remains evaporate after a few hours. The small lake that I used to have to walk around is gone. The guys who did the install were professional and very courteous and Paul was very knowledgeable and patient in response to my many, many questions and emails leading up to the install. Would definitely recommend Allied for any project, large or small.

They dug up our grass to lay a drainage line and our friends that live across the street remarked what a nice job they did in replacing the grass. There was an issue of a damaged internet line but they worked closely with the ISP firm to insure the line was replaced the very same day by waiting on Ziply and helping them install the new line. Two months later they came back and changed out 3 grated clean out covers with ones that have filtering screening on them to address insects hatching out of the clean outs. What about the charge for showing up and not doing anything? "That's our normal fee?" So, will we be charged for a new estimate? "It's still $250 to show up." Really? Gather round…read more Do you despair when necessary tasks require your: Research (time) Hard earned capital (time) Trust and faith someone will actually do a proper job (emotional well being) Samsies. This is our second experience with Eco. After the first (plumbing) it was a no brainer to call them again. This time for electric and it feels like a pretty large job; three buildings on our property including one full panel redo. They do charge for an estimate. This could take you by surprise. They didn't used to. But we are all in this wild economy together so it makes sense. They also make you feel like you got good value out of the inspection. Extremely thorough. It's refreshing to see people/businesses know their worth. It's not a money grab. It's highly skilled professionals giving you a ton of their time. That's worth a lot more than what they charge. Probably just covers gas. We did our due diligence however and had other quotes. Eco was the last to quote and because of their extreme level of detail we knew they were it. No regrets. Jordan was our main man. He represents Eco so well you'd think he owned the business. Knowledge, professionalism, easy manor, precision, experience... what more do you want? He's also pretty cool.
