Since they were available when we needed them and they were very accommodating on phone we decided to give them a shot and cross fingers. This was a major and risky 3 large tree removal job tight between two houses. They took amazing care of the properties and brought in significant equipment to make the job as easy as possible, for a not-easy job! They not only performed skillful and flawlessly, but they went as far as preserving very close ornamental trees! It top it off, they not only cleaned up all of the mess from both properties, including decks, etc. but they also blew all of the leaves from each yard and took it all away!! I must say they are experts at what they do, their skills were amazing, a show for anyone watching! Maybe next time we sell tickets to watch their amazing show!! Lol Thank you guys!

It's coincidental that I choose today to write a review of Pulla Tree Service, knowing that…read morenumerous homeowners throughout Connecticut will more than likely need a tree service early next week. Pulla is an exceptional Tree Service Company. I assure you that no job is too big for Juan and his crew. We just finished having extensive tree work performed on our property in Oxford, Connecticut. We received quotes from three reputable tree service companies and ultimately chose Pulla Tree Service for the job. Our decision to select Pulla was not only based on the quote and what it included, but more so for Juan's knowledge and expertise in the field. He spent time with us, answered our questions, gave us suggestions, and assured us that his company would be able to perform the job...And our property needed a lot of complicated tree work. It was something we knew we needed done for many years. Altogether Pulla Tree Service cut down 12 trees and did heavy pruning on 9. Our trees were huge and their branches extended over our house, our driveway, and our pool. Juan's crew of five men was outstanding. Their physical strength, their skill sets, and attention to safety were top-notch. We watched from our windows and it was obvious that the team had spent years synchronizing their roles. The tree crew was very respectful of our property and spent a lot of time blowing and hauling away debris. From the cutting, to the grinding, and the removal of the the trees they spent three days on our property. We are extremely pleased with the results and look forward to having Pulla Tree Service return for some more pruning. We highly recommend Juan and Pulla Tree Service. Then I called Christian- he answered the phone right away! That in itself was impressive. I explained that I was a part time resident on Candlewood Lake and was up visiting for a day. He came the next day, on a Sunday, his day off, arrived on time and was extremely pleasant and professional. Within 48 hours I received an estimate via email along with a copy of his insurance. We scheduled for the next week (not a 3 month wait like some places!). He arrived promptly at 8 am along with his crew (including his dad lol) and did a wonderful job removing 3 trees and trimming 2 others. Clean up included! Highly recommend you give Christian a call!! I rarely write reviews but in this day and age of lousy customer service, a hard worker deserves to be recognized. Valerie New Fairfield, CT
