Businesses like this should not be operating if they can't treat people with basic human decency. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I would assume they will hire just about anyone, when towing an all-wheel drive vehicle they send a wrecker, and no dollies to transport the vehicle properly, to avoid damage to the drive-train. Inexperienced at the very least, but it doesn't stop there. Talking with the receptionist was about as pleasant as petting a cactus, they seemingly make up their own prices and just wing it as they go along..and if you can get around all of that you'll be pleased to know this is a primarily women owned and operated business, the owner is a real gem! About as refreshing as Island splash feminine care products-SummerSteve! He doesn't have a respectable, professional bone in his body and I believe judging by the way he tries to intimidate customers, he is even lacking in the truck-nuts department. Must be located in a purse somewhere. And his goon-squad is quite comical as well, looking like they've seen more baby oil than a Diddy party and they all grease their hair with daddy's fifth-wheel. If you like to do business with bullies who attempt to intimidate you and berate you, this is the place to go!! How these sleazy jerks are still in business is beyond me. I remember the horror stories when EP dropped them from their tow list. STAY AWAY oh and don't tell them they're improperly hooking your car, just deal with the damages they will never take accountability for.

The Customer Service Disconnect Usually, when you're calling a tow truck, you're already stressed. Dealing with a driver or dispatcher who acts like your car breaking down is a personal inconvenience to them is the fastest way to earn a one-star review.
