I have been treated at other Chiropractic clinics, and they were a joke just like the VA Chiropractic clinic. This is no joke, but reality. The VA has turned down my authorization for care here, and alot of other VETS, because of their asinine ideas. I come here on my own now through my personal insurance as I know I get the care I need. The adjustments to my neck and back helps me make it through rough times. Combined with the deep tissue massage helps me dramaticlly. I have been to other chiropractor offices prior, incuding the VA and they are a joke. I will continue with the care at Doxey, as they go out of their way to help everyone in need.

This is TOTALLY different massage people than Citylife massage which they changed ownership starting December 2023. This is a new owner and 2 new workers since late December. The male massage therapist speaks more English than the lady masseuse but they both are provide very good massages and they're very respectful. They're responsive to you if you say soft, hard, or medium for massage strength. They have a pretty nice and clean environment and they changed out to all new massage bed covers so it has a different look & feel. Ps. Do call to make an appt since they're always busy. They are open pretty long hours every day of the week including weekends, pretty much. PARKING: easy free parking in the mall parking lot

Was very surprised that City Life changed ownership but was happy to…read moreexperience quality, professional massage that left me in much better condition than when I arrived. The lady is Selina, who was excellent. She is the only therapist I tried because after the first and second times, the results were consistent with a quality massage. So happy we can continue coming to this place and get the wonderful relaxation each time! A bonus is that their service is professional and polite. A nice change from other Chinese run businesses that pressure you to pay up front and in cash. That is always fishy to me and makes me question the ethics of a business. If you haven't had a massage since the change in ownership, go for it - appts aren't necessary but highly recommended especially on weekends when they are busiest.

The massages that they offer here are also the best you can get. They focus on getting you healthy and pain free. Sometimes it hurts when they work out the muscles, but you'll be grateful that you spent the time and money here. I have only been in a handful of times, but my mom has seen him frequently for years. Nothing but good things to say! Check him out!!

Everything seemed great! He was knowledgeable, lots of equipment, super nice. He did a very aggressive adjustment on my whole body. It was terrifying. I thought I was going to fall the whole time. It was so disorienting being ordered in all these strange positions. But I went with it. I went home in pain. That pain grew. It grew to the point I was on my hands and knees sobbing hysterically, rolling around trying to find some relief. It took two hours, 3 pain pills, high dose muscle relaxers, and 3 anxiety meds to get me to calm down enough and get the pain to a level I could sleep. I spent 4 days icing, resting, and taking narcotics and muscle relaxers trying to get relief. It did not hurt even 1/4 of this before my adjustment. They did not instruct me on what to do for pain. Did not instruct me on how to deal with increasing pain. There is no way to reach them after hours. There is no help available. I'm sitting in the doctors office now hoping they did not do any permanent damage. Please research before you go anywhere! Especially here. You will be left alone to deal with your pain and that is unacceptable to me.

I went in and had a wonderful massage by Bri. She recommended weekly massages to get me back to normal. So, I scheduled for the following Friday. I drove to their office in a bad snowstorm only to be told she wasn't coming in for the day because she wasn't feeling well Okay, that happens. They asked if I wanted to reschedule. Of course I did because I still needed work and Bri is good at what she does. Today, my scheduled appointment was cancelled again for the same reason. At least they called me before I left my home. I'm confused why they keep scheduling me and then cancellling the day of my appointment. It doesn't feel professional at all. If you can't or don't want to work on Fridays, don't accept appointments.
