What a great experience!…read more I had a laptop that literally crashed; I mean it fell from a table and shattered the screen and loosened the power ports. It was dead in the water. I use this laptop every day in support of a small mom and pop business and it was dead in the water. I spoke to several people in the area and they recommended their service. I spoke with them and we developed a fix. I would have to have the screen and ports replaced, but, given the age of the laptop, it was not worth it. I did not have a recent backup, so I was in a bind. They gave me prompt service and great advice as to cost, given the age of the laptop and whether it was worth the effort. I decided on a new laptoo and they were able to download the files from the damaged laptop. They had me up in running in a short amount of time and I was able to continue our business with minimal downtime. Would I go back to them??? Hell Yeah. Five Stars.

The first store I called wouldn't do house calls. I called ASAP and Omar had a computer there the next day. He then ordered the adapters for the keyboard and large monitor my father needed and installed those as well as set up large icons, his email, etc. My father is VERY happy and now has someone he can call if he needs more help.
