They might look terrible in print because they were only meant to be viewed on a screen. I need them printed and slapped on some foam core in the next hour for a client who will really, really appreciate them. And they might look terrible. I mean really, really terrible, because - screenshots. Are you willing to take this journey with me?" Kyle not only took the journey; he led the journey. The man dropped everything, Photoshopped my pdfs into printable sizes, and foam-cored them into a splendid deliverable... and then offered to deliver them personally to my client. The man earned his sainthood. The client was overjoyed with the result, and everyone left a winner. I've never been to Bakersfield, and chances are I won't find myself there anytime soon.
