I recently bought a home in Lake Jackson, Texas, after moving back home following a 35-year stay in…read moreSan Diego, California. As you can imagine, there were a few things around the new house that needed attention--including some roofing issues that were covered under the previous owner's warranty. Unfortunately, my experience with the previous roofer was less than impressive. To put it nicely, they were rude and seemed completely unwilling to do the work. Thankfully, my real estate agent recommended Ryan Watts with Watts Roofing. From the very first phone call, Ryan was awesome. I know "awesome" is an overused word, but in this case, it is absolutely warranted. When I first called Ryan, he was working on another job. We scheduled a time for him to come inspect my roof, and he was right on time. He even called me to let me know where he was and when he would be arriving. That kind of communication continued throughout the entire process. During the inspection, Ryan started at the front of the house with a visual inspection from the ground and explained to me what he was seeing. He kept me informed and involved every step of the way. He gave me a quote, and when the weather turned rainy for a couple of days, we waited until conditions cleared up before doing the repairs. When Ryan scheduled the repair for 7:00 AM, his crew was there and ready to go. By the time I made it to my new home, they were already taking that roof to task! His team was incredible. They were polite, professional, and got right down to business. They had the work completed by lunchtime, swept up all the debris, and removed everything from my property. You wouldn't have known they had been there--except for the fact that my roof was fixed! I would recommend Watts Roofing to my friends, family, coworkers, and even some of my perceived enemies. The ONLY people I wouldn't recommend Ryan and Watts Roofing to would be my WORST enemies...because Watts Roofing was just TOO awesome for me to do that to them! Seriously, Ryan and team--thank you for the outstanding work, professionalism, communication, and customer service. You earned every bit of this five-star review. If you need roofing work done, give Watts Roofing a call. You won't regret it! Thank you, Ryan, and the entire Watts Roofing team!
