He was able to show up earlier than expected, and that worked out well. It was a bit tricky faucet replacement, and he stuck with it until he got it done right. This person did a very expensive addition for us. We are extremely unhappy and dissatisfied. It has…read morebeen over 2 yrs. and we are living with his mistakes and screw-ups. My husband is a disabled vet and this person did not meet his needs. In fact he has caused my husband to have daily difficulties that could have been avoided, if he had made the bathroom and the closet one and a half ft. wider for a wheelchair to move about freely. He does not have employees of his own but hires day laborers or whoever he can find. Our cat disappeared during his job here and it has never been seen again. We would never recommend him to our worst enemy. He is the best example we have ever seen of why contractors should be regulated. Do not hire him to do anything more than taking out the garbage. He knows how we feel but never offered to make things right.
