When I told the man it was still dirty, he told me that after a couple days the cleaning solutionn will dissolve the dirt. I advised him that I have lived in this house 25 years and never has my roof been left still dirty. He assured me it would be fine. He was wrong. It it is still dirty. Meanwhile my neighbor had their roof cleaned by a competitor and their roof is immaculate. I think this is a matter of you get what you pay for. They were cheaper than their competition and I did not receive quality workmanship. I callled to complain and it went into voice mail. I left a message saying I was disatisfied and a phone number that I can be reached at. The owner called my landline and not the phone number that I left in my voice mail so I missed his call. He did not leave a message so I suppose I need osmosis to know he tried to call me. When I called back today, I told them again about their poor workmanship and poor customer service. Buyer beware.

I will also admit that my roof was VERY dirty... I had told Elisha that I needed this roof cleaning to pass a city inspection. Elisha shows up, does his thing, and all seemed well. I thanked him and paid him. Then the city came out and failed the cleaning. I messaged Elisha the same day and he said not to worry, the city can be hard like that, but he'd make it right and come back out to go over some spots again and make sure I passed. Elisha did just that! He came back, recleaned, and made everything look extra sparkly. The picky city compliance officer passed the inspection and said it looked great. I want to especially thank Elisha for his dedication, professionalism, and understanding. He truly went above and beyond to make an awkward situation end in a great experience. DO NOT HIRE unless you want your paint to start chipping around your house and landscaping killed!!…read more I hired this company yesterday to pressure wash my roof, and specifically asked for him not to use chemicals during the cleaning because we just had new $5000 landscaping put in and are about to list our house for sale. Despite my ask, he used chemicals and our brand new landscaping 24 hours later is dying rapidly. Also, our garage door has fading marks and paint chips all over it despite being freshly painted a couple weeks ago. It's going to cost me more to fix all the things he ruined than it cost me to hire him, so please do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE!!! Go find another company that will keep their word. I've had my roof pressure cleaned before and they didn't use chemicals and it looked great...there is absolutely no need to use chemicals.

I was having severe issues with…read moremy home owners insurance as well as with the HOA (which in my opinion is a plague on everyone's existence). I did what everyone else would do and got a lot of quotes for the work. A lot of the quotes I received were to just pressure wash and clean my roof. I started to get an idea of how much this was going to cost. When I contacted Affordable Pressure Cleaning, they gave me an estimate based on my home address and what was available in the Broward County public information. It was the best price thus far. Then he gave me an estimate to pressure wash and clear the entirety of the exterior of my house (extras included my patios (front and back), the screen enclosure for my pool, my windows, and the exterior side walls of my house. The price for everything altogether was comparable to the prices everyone else offered for just my roof. Given the 5-star reviews online and the awesome deal proposed, I hired Affordable Pressure Cleaning. They did what they said they were going to do and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company for you for your cleaning needs.

I called the number here on Yelp and spoke to a gentleman who asked for some pictures of the job. He gave me a quote and scheduled a date for service a couple of weeks later. Could easily have been my mistake. He says he will call me when they are coming. The next day, there is no word from anyone. I sent a text the following day asking for an update and that text has yet to be answered. Deadline was quickly approaching so I had no choice but to find another company (who quickly and happily completed the job in 2 days.)
