I was completely astonished by the service we received at Dr. Osafo's office; his front office staff was polite and personable, the waiting area was clean and kept, the staff was kind, knowledgeable, and patient (I have a terrible fear of doctors and they were able to keep me calm), their phlebotomist was nice and professional, and Dr. Osafo was awesome. I explained to him all of my ailments and he addressed each of them without making me feel like an incompetent hypochondriac patient. His referrals were spot on, allowing me to see a vascular surgeon for a vein issue that occurred during my pregnancy, and even a podiatrist who sent me in for orthopedic inserts for my low, achy arches. We'll continue seeing Dr. Osafo. We've been urging our family and friends (who are dissatisfied with their doctors) to go to him as well. The only thing I wish was different is that Dr. Osafo could be a bit more proactive in scheduling patients with other doctors (referrals) so that they could begin figuring out what is wrong with my husband's arm. It seems as though he might have MS or a pinched nerve or something, and the referral is going to take almost two months. Other than that, absolutely NO complaints!!! Awesome doctor! Awesome staff!
