My average waiting time is about 20 minutes, HOWEVER, they're excellent about getting you in same day if it's urgent, Which I suppose is why the wait time is a bit long. However, ultimately I continue to go bc Dr M doesn't just humor me he's listening to me, but he genuinely values what I say and think. He's not shy about taking the lead or disagreeing, but he truly collaborates with me for my best care plan.

I would avoid this place if you can they make it very clear that they don't actually care about your health, only milking as much money from you as possible. Her attention to family members understanding the issue is amazing. Glad I found her and will gladly travel far to let her treat me.

I scheduled a routine annual physical as a new patient to this practice. I was impressed with how…read morequickly they were able to schedule my appointment. I was very disappointed with their billing and follow up care. I had to call to inquire about the results of my routine test since I hadn't heard from them in over 10 days. I visited the doctor to review my results. They could not find all the test, but I was billed anyway. The billing was based on a diagnosis that allowed them to bill me for additional out of pocket expenses/deductible. How could they make a diagnosis heart disease without knowing what the test results showed, no history of heart disease, and no EKG. I obtained a copy of the test results (urine and blood) and found nothing that was out of range or supporting the diagnosis of heart disease. I called to discuss with the physician and had to leave a message. The Physician never called me back. I called a second time 2 weeks later. Still no call back. I wrote a letter requesting an explanation. It's been over 30 days and I still have not received a response, correction, or apology. I will never return to this practice. I would recommend to everyone to stay away. This is a very amateur operation. Lucky for them I don't believe in lawsuits unless seriously injured. I know many people who would sue them or not pay the bills under protest.

Not only are their hours of operation are extremely limited, but they also take a 90 minute lunch break. They are extremely limited in their hours in case your sick and need to see someone ASAP. Besides having to call them multiple times to get a simple refill on a medicine. Having to call the pharmacy two or three times to see if the doctor submitted a prescription, I had to call them two or three times to get them to send the prescription. They made multiple billing errors charging me for my annual physical, then not billing me for a doctors visit. Their office manager Mary is a bossy, rule quoter, who does significantly more talking, not listening. She doesn't treat you as a person, customer or a patient. Its all about her being right and she will talk down to you until you decide to stop listening. She is as uncaring as an ex-spouse. There are no redeemable qualities about this practice. Dr. Mulki is about as hands off and un-involved as a doctor can get. I had major surgery done recently. Did he visit me once during my hospital stay "no". He left it to the in-house hospital doctor. I only need one prescription through their office and it was harder to get then money from the government. He referred all my prescriptions to my specialist, complete hands off. Couldn't diagnose a simple foot infection either. Run away from this practice.

Dr. Hamidani first asked a few questions about me and my lifestyle to get to know me and talk to me. I've never had a doctor spend 45 minutes in the room actually concerned about what's going on in your life; this really meant a lot to me.
