I DON'T THINK THEY UNDERSTAND THE WORD "URGENT"! So…read moreunderstaffed that you cannot even call to speak with someone... or even leave a message! I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Called them all morning to ask if they still have Covid tests. Got the "assisting others so they can't take the call" message, and to leave your name and number and someone will get back to you. Sounds fair, so I tried, only to get "This mailbox is full and cannot take any more messages." Drove there with high hopes. Only one person at the check-in desk with about 12 people waiting. A woman was in line waiting to have that solo employee check her in, but the employee ignored her and myself to stay on her computer work. The employee intentionally averted looking at us, so we both waited, until I finally left to go elsewhere. She could have at least acknowledged us being there in her line with a friendly, "It will be just a couple of minutes, please". I don't really blame the overloaded lone employee, (I'm sure her day was terrible) but rather THE MANAGEMENT who only has one receptionist working on a Saturday, and most likely, only one physician (?) in back as well to keep their payroll costs down instead of taking care of the community as an Urgent Care should. AGAIN, I DON'T THINK THEY UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF "URGENT CARE" if people are waiting as long as they do! Go anywhere else if you really need to be seen right away - or at least be acknowledged that you are actually there, and that your ill or hurt! A Shameful Practice to say the least.
