In short: -- Unorganized: Though I had been with Palm Trinity for several years, each year I renewed, everyone was still confused about how my previous insurance was paid. Last year, they almost processed payment through my ACH and not through my lender like they were supposed to. -- No customer service & account management: I always had 4 different people at Palm Trinity reach out to me during a renewal period, and it felt like no one was speaking to each other because they all kept asking me the same thing. There was 1 representative who seemed competent and had knowledge about my account - but I had to call her several times and leave multiple voicemails to even get a hold of her. -- Palm Trinity let my insurance lapse even though I signed all the paperwork on time and was assured that everything was in order. A month after I signed the paperwork at Palm Trinity for new homeowners insurance, my mortgage company let me know that my insurance lapsed.
