The argument I overheard was so petty about someone parking in a parking space, I got up and left. The staff was very rude and short on the telephone to the person on the other end of the line. They took great joy patting themselves on the back after the phone call was over when the physician hung up on whoever she was speaking to. I would rather take my chances in a 10th grade biology class being treated for whatever I have than come here ever again. Highly unprofessional. Not everyone with a higher education meets the high standards you hold them to and this place and staff fit the bill to a tee. I got up, left, and went to Walgreens instead and got some NyQuil. Congrats, you may have won a petty verbal exchange over the phone but you lost a customer for life.

I was hired to run the front desk was my understanding but that wasn't the case. The girl that was training me that has worked for Dr. Norris for the past year wasn't a licensed MA either. When I interviewed with Dr. Norris, he didn't want me to start working for him until September because he's moving to another location. On 7/11,7/12,7/13, he called me asking me I could start that Monday 7/17 because one of his employers quit on him and the girl that was going to be training me was quiting him in October. I had already found a job and explained that I was just going to stay where I was at. Dr. Norris sends me a text saying I was making a big mistake if I didn't come work for him. He called me on the 7/13 and persuaded me by offering me more pay than I was making at the place I was working and made me think it was a great offer. I explained that I don't like to up and quit a job and he said, "they'll get over it!" I started on 7/17 and trained several days with the girl that wasn't a licensed MA. She told me I was going to have to do everything an MA is licensed to do. I was so scared and stressed about giving a patient a shot. This girl wasn't coming in to train me through out the month and 2 weeks I worked here. After not even 2 weeks, I was thrown out to the wolves! She didn't come to work for a week. I was made to check in the patients, triage, give shots, Covid tests, clean out a patient's ear, UA test, and make sure everything was in the patient's charts. I worked and stressed myself to death at the same time getting chewed at if I did something wrong. Remember I was not fully trained and never been to nursing school to do the things he was making me do. I had no clue how to send off lab for testing. I made several mistakes trying to teach myself looking at a computer screen about stuff I've never even heard of. Dr. Norris finally hired another girl and yes she's an MA but needed training as well. So the girl that was training me worked whenever she wanted and only trained this other new girl for a week. I've shown her everything and we both still made fixable mistakes and Dr. Norris would talk to me and her like we were 12. Dr. Norris even insisted on me to give a good review because patients were giving him a bad review. There are several reviews that are not true patients that came in his office, they are people that have worked for Dr. Norris. Dr. Norris has came into the doctors office grouchy and tired from hanging out at the bar drinking. There were times he would be passed out in his recliner in his office when patients were in the office. The girl training me and the other new girl quits on Dr. Norris and me and the the girl weren't fully trained. Dr. Norris was so rude and frustrated because she quits and lashed out at me and the new girl because things weren't getting done. Dr. Norris decides to hire a girl back that has walked out and quit on him 3 times. First day she comes in she's 30 minutes late and late everyday pretty much since she was hired back. She's a licensed MA and was hired back to train me and the other new girl. Her 3rd day back she comes in saying she was out all night and felt like she was still drunk. She mentioned about how she goes out drinking at bars with Dr. Norris and bragged about how she cussed him out and quit on him 3 times. Dr. Norris started to pick at me over mistakes that I made on stuff I haven't been trained I that were made the week when it was just me and him running the office. I seen 18 patients in one day and at least 12 the other days working by myself. He tells me 8/31 that I could have off 9/1 since the office has been slow on seeing patients. I get a phone call from the MA he hired back that has quit on him and goes out drinking and shows up to work late and tells me that her and Dr. Norris decided to let me go. She said that I was still in my probation period and that it wasn't working out. This isn't where I needed to work in the first place. Dr. Norris is a rude man and does not know how to speak to his patients and he talks crazy about them as soon as they walk out. He belittles his employees and hires people like me that have no experience and made to do things that he knows they have never done or went to school for. This was probably a blessing leaving a place like this. Just be aware of this office. I just wanted to share this experience because I didn't deserve to be treated the way this man treated me or anyone that has dealt with him.

She was not appreciative. I worried about her recovery,but we were over this in about 2weeks. His treatment seemed right on ,to me. The eastern and western medical treatments offered in one place is set up to provide absolutely amazing seamless care. The Doctors as a couple have so much knowledge and take the time to explain treatment and options under their care. The facility is spa like and you instantly start feeling better after wrapping up in the terrycloth robe and sitting in the heated recliner in a cozy, well appointed exam room. Far from sterile in style but very clean and organized. The whole experience was well organized. We were buzzed in the door, checked in at the desk and immediately whisked away to our exam room. Upon exiting, there was another patient checking out so we waited in a posh cubby for very few minutes before we were out the door. So happy to find this hometown medical team and get out of the big medicine machine. So sick of being just a number.
