They told me it was there and even directed me to where it was located. I spent about 30 minutes searching for it, went back and asked them again, and they insisted it was there. I searched again and eventually found out the vehicle had apparently already been scrapped. They told me their inventory system isn't kept up to date and that they've been doing business this way for 50 years. I also paid the $2 entrance fee, and even after explaining what happened, they refused to refund it. The $2 isn't the issue, it's the principle. If you call ahead and are told a specific vehicle is there, you should be able to rely on that information, I even explained having the vehicle here does not guarantee the part I needed and I realize that. Be aware that their online inventory may not reflect what is actually on the property... in a word, unethical wasn't helpful that they kept blaming the owner.

I called right when they opened and explained that I needed a blade swapped out and that I had tried myself and was unsuccessful. They said to go ahead and bring it on by and they would get it changed out, as all of us thought it would be a quick and easy job. Well, they had to pull out all the tricks in the book minus cutting off the bolt to get the old blade off and new blade on. They finally did it and then cleaned it up and put it back in my vehicle. Top notch guys and if I had any other small engine works that needs to be done, I will be going back to them.
