First we talked about what I wanted & then we went to wash my hair. They have an abdundant selection of R+Co products to customize your wash with products that fit your hair profile. I would have liked for the wash to be a little more intensive, such as offering more a scalp massage. I think that would amp up their service. My stylist was very nice but she was fresh out of cosmology school so that made me a little nervous. Her hands were trembling the whole time. She ended up doing a great job & really put a lot of focus into accomplishing what I wanted to do with my hair. I was VERY impressed with how she was able to wash, cut & style my hair in less than 60 minutes. Without it feeling rushed. The whole service was only $40! I assume it's because prices are based on stylist experience but my stylist was such a PRO that this was a great deal. I had a VERY pleasant experience & I look forward to going back. I don't get my hair cut often because I'm always dissatisfied with the service but they have so much to offer that going back is a treat! I plan to buy some products & just hang out. If you are considering this treatment you will not be disappointed! I was hoping to treat my stress incontinence. I have had 3 pregnancies with one being a twin pregnancy. I would try to do kegel exercises but my pelvic floor was so weak that they were actually difficult to do. After Votiva my pelvic floor is so much stronger and I can do kegels without any problem. Although the bladder issues were my reason for going in I have also been very happy with the huge improvement in the tissue laxity I had. It has greatly improved my intimacy with my husband. I wish I would have done this sooner, I didn't know I was missing out. The treatment itself is not painful at all. There is no down time. I was made very comfortable during the process and did not find it uncomfortable or embarrassing to have the treatments done.
