As an RN, I personally look for professional care, explanation of any interventions and what to expect if I did not have knee replacement surgery and if I did. I was his patient for about 5 years doing all sorts of things to minimize the pain (steroid injections, stem cells, Physical Therapy, etc) and when we decided that all of those have failed- having surgery would be the best option. The care I received from his staff (referral, payments, follow up) prior to and during surgery with his PA Jeff Spivey was a 10/10. My knee pain is minimal and cannot wait until I can do surgery on my right knee (which wills be done by Dr. Lovria). When searching for an Orthopedic Surgeon, ask questions, ask about infection rates (his is ZERO) and feel confident that your surgeon answers all your questions and gives you treatment options. Dr. Lovria did all of these for me! I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lovria!!

I worked one on one with the same doctor over a course of almost 2 years before this medical group was bought out and became CENTEX. AFTER THE CLINIC BECAME CENTEX the service and attention that I was used to receiving completely disappeared I showed up to a follow-up appointment to learn that the doctor that I had been working with closely for two years had retired and I received no notification not through my patient portal through email through postal mail or through personal email not even a phone call not to mention during their migration to this new owner ship they changed the software 50 used to manage their scheduling and patient portal access. They scheduled follow-up visits for me using their old software and when I arrived on the date and time of my appointment there was no record of it I was literally turned away because of one of their software programming errors. I guess everybody was too excited to have their new ownership their new titles their new schedules their new office their new incomes to make sure that the patients were still being taken care of. A complete stranger to my case was assigned as my attending physician and after having one office visit with him it was blatantly clear that he had zero knowledge or understanding of what my history was the plan that myself and my recently retired attentive doctor had so closely worked on for 2 years together. It was obvious that there was zero communication between the people riding up handling administrative duties and the faces in the clinic talking to the patients for example my case administrator had written of a medical narrative to supply to the Department of Labor detailing this seriousness and the status of my work injury and that I was at that point in time partially temporarily disabled. 2 Days later I am surprised with my new doctor who has no idea what's going on with me I doubt he even knew what part of my body was injured and he made an official report deeming me ready to return to work whole time after I was told More physical therapy was ordered for another three more months and that the administrative individuals employed by his own office painted a very different picture just 2 days before. Talk about embarrassing and incompetent and infuriating. I expressed my dissatisfaction to this doctor and at my next visit I was assigned yet another doctor who was a spunky rude little girl. I never went back and she screwed up my paperwork too they ended up compromising my compensation in which I ended up having to appeal which took months and a lot of time and effort on my own while still suffering from my work injury.

I just had a total knee replacement on June 1, 2026, and was started PT on the 19th. A little late but common w/ the latest studies. The facility is clean but smaller (which I like, personalizes my care) and I do not feel like I'm in a supermarket kind of clinic and they are just trying to see as many patients as possible. All of their equipment is clean, modern, in excellent condition and my therapist goes at my level (ok- while pushes me just a little bit past). 10/10!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I took it wrong, my fault, shortly after the appointment I called back to see if it was possible to get a refill without a new appointment as I had just been in. Nurse or staff member Alicia called me back 2 days later when I was supposed to receive a same day call back, and had said Dr said you need to come in if you need a new prescription, I didnt see the need as I had just been in so I declined at the time (but completly understand why a doctor would need to see you again for medications/prescriptions. I was frustrated during the phone call for several reasons, one being the callback was 2 days late, oh well. Second, unrelated to the doctors office or staff entirely (which I apologized for in my later call). Anyway Alicia said "Ok, we will let Dr know" and disconnected the call. Fast forward to now, months later, I decided to reschedule an appointment as I was ready to contunue my treatment or get further advice, successfully scheduled one via phone, and then days later received a patient dismissal letter cancelling future services. I called back to speak to someone as to why I received this letter. I completely understand a doctor backing his staff, and not tolerating rude/uncooperative patients, but because I refused to make an appointment then and there? and because i sounded "frustrated' I get dismissed/cancelled (our relationship is now concluded), God forbid you are having a bad day and it shows during a call or appointment with this place. During this call when I was just trying to figure out why? Alicia was the one whom I spoke to again, and they just reinstated me "refusing" to make an appt at that time, which I told her, I was not refusing, I just didnt want to scheudle anything at that moment, I was gonna call back and do it when I was ready lol. I've seen images of my spine enough times that I pretty much know what they're going to tell me already. For the most part it was the same for this visit. However, I did have a new injury that does need adjusting. (Don't go on water slide rides when you're 63!) Dr Johnson was pleasant and friendly. I didn't feel like I was getting the "big sell" that I've experienced many times in the past with chiropractors. I'm not saying that regular visits wouldn't be helpful. But I'm the person who is mostly interested in just getting out of pain. We have limited resources at this time, so that was also a factor. But his prices are so incredibly reasonable. Which is awesome because My situation definitely involves a number of visits. The office was clean the bathroom was clean and nicely decorated. He did my adjustment and then put me on what I can only say is similar to a TENS unit. That was a new experience. Then slathered me down with some kind of icy hot stuff. I feel like I got more care for my money than I've gotten at any other chiropractor before. I walked out of the office knowing that this is a business owned by people with integrity. He is very thorough and makes sure I am completely satisfied of what plans we make about my care. I recommend him for anyone who has neurological problems and headaches. He is truly caring and committed. Sometimes you may have to wait, but it is worth it. He will spend time with you and treat you as a person and not a number.
