This was a very frustrating experience. I had to go back several times because my initial…read moreorthotics were not working. Every time I had to wait at least 90 minutes to be seen. One time, I had to even say "if you guys are running 90 minutes behind again this appt. it is not going to work". And of course they were. They must overbook. When the doctor finally arrived they barely spent time in the room. They seemed in a rush. Sometimes it was Dr. Raynor and sometimes it was another doctor who was covering for her. On the last appt. I waited two hours and tried walking out of the place. The front office staff asked me not to go and tha they would get her to come in. She spent maybe 5 minutes in the room. I finally got my new orthotics but only after multiple appointments and lots of frustration. Do not go here!
