This is not a chain (which has a tendency to overbook and not take the time needed) and the one on one care is outstanding. This is a fully equipped facility that is also warm and inviting and the women who work and run the facility are exceptionally kind and caring. They also take Medicare which is good as so many of us really need help with our bodies as we age. This is the place I will go from now on for my PT needs. Provide flexibility in hours per day all the others required 6-8+ hours which we did not need. 3. Sent in caring and well trained professional care staff. 4. Introduced all new staff be a care leader. 5. Offered ACH and detailed billing for us to review. 6. A very helpful owner that seems to work all the time making sure everything went as planned. These caregivers do everything from cooking meals to personal care, which really helped free up my family from trying to balance our scedules with work, our own families, and just life. Binsons gave me the run around after My CPAP machine stopped working. The screen said the machine…read moremotor has exceeded its limit so its time to replace it. The doctor sent my RX and notes from the last visit. The notes stated I am compliant with my machine. They wouldn't honor the notes because it has been longer than six months since the doctor visit ((seven months ago). I have health issues that require me to use it every time I sleep. Binson's doesnt care and refuses to help me. They keep blaming the doctors/insurance company ect. They have offered for me to buy a new one for 700.00 out of pocket. My other machine was already paid off. OSA is a lifetime diagnosis, you maybe check in with the doctor every year. The six month rule is ridiculous! I have had no changes and they can read my machine on their computer! They send me all my other supplies every month, I get those without the six month rule, why not the replacement machine itself? I'm looking for a ne supplier! I am at high risk (due to another dual health issue) to die in my sleep if I don't have the CPAP machine. Binson's doesn't care.
