The error code again showed 2 days later when I went into the basement and found the system off sometime at night. The office called back a week later and scheduled an appointment on 8/14/2024. The same service man came and replace oxygen sensors, was charged $530.00 and was told the unit was fixed. The unit shut off within a day, showing the same code. I attempted to contact the company several more times, again no call back until 9/1. The service man called back and told me how to clean the unit to try and fix it. I followed his instructions completely but that also didn't work. I have contacted this company numerous times and was told the service man would call. He NEVER has! I know this unscrupulous contractor is claiming that my unit was 14 years old which it is NOT. He is a liar and a sham!!! I also recently found out that the service man is the owner and the lady answering the phone might be his wife.

Also pointed out that I had a little critter that enjoyed stealing our sunflower seeds and making a home in the control panel. He cleaned that out and inspected for damage. When I called because we were out of oil customer service was unbelievably awful. They said they can't deliver without an oil tank location and couldn't make that change till next week.
