We had an awful experience with this company. We hired them to replace the main valve for our sprinkler system. We had a 10:00 a.m. appointment, and by 4:00 p.m., they reached out to tell my husband that they did not have the necessary parts to fix and that they would not be returning to finish the job until Monday; our appointment was on a Thursday. Monday came, and they did return to supposedly complete the job. They texted my husband, letting him know that the job had been completed. My husband went to check on the work only to discover that the valve was still leaking and that they had placed 4 inches of PVC pipe over the shut-off valve, making it impossible to reach it. When my husband reached out to let them know that the valve was still leaking and the issue of not being able to reach the shut-off valve, the person, I am assuming the owner, said they would come back out a third time to fix the valve at our expense, and the issue with the PVC pipe would be his problem in the fall when he came out to blow the sprinkler system out for the winter. We hire local kids to blow our system out as a fundraiser, and after this experience, I would not trust this company to complete the job correctly. At this point, my husband tells them to just bill us for the work that has been done. The valve is still leaking, and we now have 4 inches of PVC pipe blocking our shut-off valve have, at this point we lost all confidence that Advanced Irrigation and Construction could actually complete the job correctly; we received a $1,500 bill, which is crazy expensive. Stay away from this business; they seem to hire individuals who do not know what they are doing and, in turn, create new issues so they can charge you to "fix" the problems the tech created. read more
