I'm 85 years old and I have only been contacted by a Doctors office to learn how I was doing. I don't mean by some electronic survey but by an individual. It should be noted this wasn't a follow-up of a visit which the details of how they determined I was ill is of little importance. What is noted is I was called on a Friday before a three day holiday weekend to insure I would be good as the office would be closed. Hearing my cough the young woman (I think her name was Tisa) insisted that I should be seen. She insisted on somehow working me in before the day was out. Fortunately she worked me into their busy schedules that afternoon. I am so impressed with WellMed and their dedication to my well being for going well beyond the basics.

I find Dr. Carroll a super knowledgeable physician and excellent at explaining what is wrong and how to fix it. They were great during the pandemic in having virtual appointments. I also love the text line. It is super easy to text questions and schedule appointments. I have always found the office staff to be friendly and helpful. Any time I've had a billing question they are able to quickly answer them. When my insurance company needed documentation to approve additional visits they were gracious and quick to fax them to my primary care physician physician. I very highly recommend Dr. Carroll. I have no negative experience at all. Great place.
