That really stood out. When it turned out a visit was needed, they scheduled me for the very next day and even arrived earlier than expected (after calling to confirm it was okay). So please get three pricing quotes, for any new equipment and or service. Also Bovio-Rubino service agreements do not cover the major problems you may experience. Do your research, you will be glad you did. I was a customer over the years until my system broke-down. I lost all trust in Bovio-Rubin, when i was told my system could not be repaired and a large part of my system would have to be replaced or purchase a whole new system. This was in spite of me having their Platinum (highest/best) service plan. I did my research and requested quotes from other vendors. The pricing from Bovio Rubino was significantly higher.
