You get what you pay for. Total Hearing has name brand, new technology hearing aids. They are run…read moreby degreed audiologists and are there FOR their clients. Conveniently located at Mockingbird and Abrams, and other locations, we drop by and have our hearing aids cleaned at any time and if there were to be a problem, (which we have had none in 5 years), they will give you a loaner pair while yours are sent out for service or your annual deep cleaning. Prices are reasonable and with the guarantee and warranty, well worth the cost. Yes, you can go "cheaper", but Livingston and Bell Tone, Sam's and Costco are NOT anything like the quality you get with a name like Oticon Hearing Aids, where the company puts people first. Hearing aids are a big investment so you don't want to go for the "bargain" price and compromise the most important thing--quality, reliability and most of all PERFORMANCE. Total Hearing has ALL your bases covered. Price range depends on the severity of your hearing crisis. We will continue to patronize Total Hearing as technology changes and our hearing needs progress through the years. You owe it to yourself to explore your options for where to purchase your hearing aids. Google the pros and cons of places like Sam's and Cosco. Do NOT go by what others say because everyone's hearing status is different. You may require a much advanced hearing aid from Sam's or Cosco, which would put you at the same price as Total Hearing. The range of cost will depend on the severity of your hearing loss. For that, I would recommend genuine, professional care, such as you will receive at Total Hearing.

AudioNova and their staff literally changed my life. After so much resistance I finally called…read moreHear.com and was recommended to have all of my tests and evaluation done there. They are amazing! My husband sat in the appointment with me and they took the time with me, and had no idea just HOW deaf I really was. They had the Hear.com hearing aids waiting for me when I was there, AND due to being on Medicare and Humana, I discovered I also qualified for a FREE pair! (Those are my backup hearing aids.) That was three years ago. I have popped in without appointments from time to time to get help and they ALWAYS have had someone to help me. Fast forward to this year, my right hearing aid (rechargable) battery life was decreasing. To make sure it wasn't the charger, (which is less expensive than a new battery) they gave me another charger to use to see if that was the problem before I needed to pay $350 for a new battery. When we determined it was, in fact, the battery, they were amazing! Without an appointment I still ran home, got my spare pair, because my prescription needed to be reprogrammed into them. Their audiologist not only helped me with that, but he also helped me download the Horizon app, and helped me with additional features I could adjust that I had no idea was available before! These people are the real deal. They are kind, understanding, they take the time with you, and they LISTEN. My hearing aids are incredible, and I can now hear a full spectrum of sounds that I didn't even realize I was missing!

Plus when I called to request information about the hearing aids her was recommending and I went to meet with him he did nothing but gaslight me, said he would check again on my Medicare plan and then never called me back. I would not recommend this company or this location to anyone.

We are very grateful to Anna Mamiya and the team at PAC for helping our daughter! Her condition made everyday life for her very stressful and painful. It impacted pretty much every aspect of her life and determined what we could do as a family. We are now able to eat dinner as a family again and go out in public to loud spaces - like the mall, Costco, etc. School has become much easier. The treatment does not cure misophonia, but it does teach her brain that the trigger sounds are not something that it needs to react strongly to and get away from. Yes, chewing sounds will always be annoying, but there is no strong emotional response anymore. I highly recommend anyone dealing with misophonia or hyperacusis to have a consultation with Anna Mamiya. She explains the science behind the treatment and what can be achieved. It all lined up with what I had already learned about the conditions so it made sense to have my daughter get the treatment. I am so glad we did! Life is so much easier now for her and us!

She was incredibly thorough and took time to explain to me what she was doing and what my results meant. I didn't feel rushed and felt like my options were clearly explained. The craziest thing is that when I went to pick up my new hearing aids, she forgot to give me the cable for the charger. I didn't realize this until she showed up at my house that evening to drop it off. That's someone who takes their responsibilities seriously and cares about their patients. Follow ups have been super helpful in adjusting the aids to my needs. Highly recommended.

In long After having a stroke last year, my lovely bride loses her voice occasionally. We came in for an eval and followed the signs to accessible parking. No elevator. Dr Litvack is on the third floor. Up the ramps we push, and over the catwalks and through the maze. Okay. We're not TOO late, and they honor the appointment. After a few minutes, the friendliest person in Snohomish County calls us back. Kayleigh must be high in the running for friendliest statewide, too. She goes through all the check-in stuff and she and my wife are chatting like old friends. Dr Litvack comes in, warm and attentive. Great listener, thoughtful in her explanations. She finishes the eval, changes an rx, makes a referral to speech therapy. Everything feels very expert and assuring. We have a follow-up, and I'm not looking forward to that ramp, but it's great to have her on the care team.

I'm glad I did. The care I received in this office was outstanding. Friendly office staff and an excellent technician, who really knows her stuff, led me to choose the Phonak Infiniti model. The technician spent a lot of time reviewing options before we chose this model. She told me about the previous model and the improvements they made with this release. Even though I could have gotten the previous model for no out of pocket, I chose the current model, with a new chip, for a reasonable out of pocket price. The result has been great. The hearing aids are virtually invisible, Bluetooth enabled, charge on my nightstand (no batteries!) and have really helped my hearing. TV volume is down, my reliance on subtitles is greatly diminished, my hearing in crowded places is enhanced and, on my daily walks, I've noticed I pick up what passers by are actually saying, not a garbled mess. AudioNova seems to take after the sale service seriously. I had a follow up to fine-tune sound amplification, I'm tasked with bringing them in every four months for cleaning and the office has a daily drop-in hour for questions, adjustments and the like. I can heartily recommend AudioNova if you, like me, want to enhance your audio acuity.

Upon arrival, I was shown into a room to do a hearing test. The woman doing the test was very kind, patient with me and thorough. I then saw Dr. Lowrey. It didn't take her very long to figure out what my problem was, she listened very carefully to the symptoms I described and checked me thoroughly. She was a great listener. She was patient with me expressing my feelings (and fears) and diagnosed me, giving me the specific directions of what I could do to "fix" my problem. The PA may ultimately be correct that this is eustachian tube dysfunction and fluid that will take time to resolve, but I did not feel heard during the visit. When I asked about additional options, including imaging, tubes, or other interventions given my ongoing symptoms and upcoming travel, the discussion felt dismissive and at times patronizing rather than collaborative. The visit itself consisted primarily of earwax removal and a prescription, which left me feeling like I had not received the level of specialist consultation I expected from an ENT practice. I've since scheduled follow-up with one of the physicians and am hopeful for a more thorough discussion of both short-term management and longer-term prevention strategies.
