Which is very illegal Under Federal Law (TCPA ) they must stop texting you a $1,500 fine for each txt message. I will attach pictures. That's not the real horror . A few years ago yahaira had a salon located in Hollywood . I went to her because I wanted to put in extensions and also dye my hair blue . When I got there she had some one else in her chair . This client had an issue with her hair . Yahaira instead of fixing it was being rude and evasive to the client. 400$ and many hours later I had blue hair . Many variations of blue may I add . She took so long to do my hair that I don't think she styled it . I might have even left with wet hair . Her installation of my hair didn't last more than a week. I ended up going to another stylist so she could take off her work because my hair was being pulled and tangled from the way she installed my extensions. She blamed the hair that i purchased. It's been 7 months since I did it and I feel like I need to go back now. She said it would last about 4-6 months and I've had no frizz until now. I used to do the Brazilian keratin treatment but it made my scalp hurt. I couldn't put my hair up because it would hurt. I didn't have that problem with the puraluxe and it lasts much longer! You also don't breathe in all the nasty chemicals like with the Brazilian. I am so happy with the Puraluxe. I also realized I was given no written or verbal instructions on how to care for this product, but in their defense, this could be for the following reasons ... 1. I unknowingly booked the last appointment of the day. 2. There was only one salesperson on the floor. 3. There were two other customers she was tending to while tending to me. 4. I didn't ask the right questions. Maybe she thought I knew. To be clear, my salesperson was delightful and very knowledgeable, and she spent equal time with each customer, moving from chair to chair like a bee, from flower to flower, lol, all the while focusing her attention on that one customer whilst in their company. She was also able to choose the right color and length almost immediately by just speaking with me for a few moments. While she never rushed me, I did feel anxious to make a decision and leave the shop so she could close on time and go home, but that's on me. I contacted them via their email to arrange a consultation. Lauren wrote me back very promptly and arranged a free consultation for me. She's so nice and very professional with everything. During the consultation, Doris assisted me. She showed me a pre made, ready to use option and then there was a custom option. I opted to spend a little more money and get the custom option. During the entire process they make you feel so comfortable and at ease. I was nervous but really wanted this for myself. The custom piece did take 2 months for them to make but was worth the wait. They took samples of my hair and make the piece as close to my natural hair as possible. When the piece arrived I was called and asked when I wanted to have the piece put on. Doris was able to accommodate an appointment for the next day! When the piece was fully put on it was surprising to me. Looks so natural and feels like my hair. It takes getting used to seeing it and the feeling but I am 100% satisfied. It was worth every penny.
