I've been through multiple handymen in the last SIX months trying to get this job completed. Mario is the only one who followed through. He did EXACTLY what he said he would do and within the EXACT timeframe we discussed. He custom built a 10' x 4' enclosure for my washer and dryer in the back of my house. It looks great and is very functional. Mario thought of all the details and asked me the right questions to ensure he exceeded my expectations. He speaks perfect English and Spanish! Although, he'll tell you otherwise. Lol! If you're tired of the bullshit, run around and shoddy work that plagues Hialeah and Miami, call Pronto handyman! He will exceed your expectations. I decided to get 5 different quotes and compare them based on price, reputation and the overall "vibe" I would get from their representative. To make a 4 month story short, no company compared to the presentation, price and vibe that I got from Prime Window and Door. From our first meeting I was very impressed with Robert and his company. He answered all of my questions and actually asked me a few which was something that no one else had. I could tell he had a genuine pride for his work and loved what he does. Robert was up front about pricing and didn't play any games. We discussed financing and I decided to go with him. The install went flawless and Prime Window did an amazing job to keep the mess to a minimum. The windows look amazing and my home is safe for storms (and much more energy efficient). If you're on the fence with who to go with for this major home improvement don't think twice, check out Robert and his crew at Prime. They will treat you like family.

These are clean, organized and communicative professionals. My project was small but complicated. We have an odd counter top extension that sort of hung out at a weird angle, we did not use and took up an entire room of the house (it is a small house). It was becoming a place for accumulating junk. This project required that they cut off a section of granite countertop and detach the extension from the floor. Then they trimmed the granite to a new length it so that they could reposition it with a CLEAN SEAM. It looks great and now I have more usable counter top space for cooking, the kids have a counter to sit at for breakfast and we have an extra room in the house. The Monday morning that He was Planning to Start, I called him to Postpone my start date as I decided to Install a New impact Sliding Glass Door (Track and 3 Glass Panels) on My Balcony. This SGD project was Planned to take 4 months! Saul stayed in touch with me weekly and did not "Run" with my 50% Deposit! I was extremely Grateful for his communication. Two months later, I chose to Cancel My Impact SGD with PRESTO Windows due to the many Permitting Errors made by Owner, Kyle Presto. After I made that decision, I called Saul to Start Immediately and HE DID! He Rearranged His Schedule and Fit me in immediately! He cleaned my Balcony and Railing Post Pockets. He filled in the Post Pockets with Hydraulic Cement, Waterproofed My Balcony with Tremco Vulkem 350NF R; Saul applied TWO coats. I PASSED the Waterproofing INSPECTION with the INSPECTOR, Stanly Nathan, saying, "It Looks Beautiful." This waterproofing Process took two weeks as It Rained three days in a row in the afternoon and the Hydraulic Cement needed to be 100% dry before the Vulkem 350NF R could be applied. I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL that SAUL was HONEST, and didn't Run with my 50% Deposit after I postponed His start date! He was in constant communication with me, and always answered the phone! HIS WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT and I PASSED INSPECTION THE FIRST TIME! I highly Recommend Saul Waterproofing! He is 100% Honest and PAYS ATTENTION TO DETAIL! THANK YOU SAUL FOR SUPPORTING ME THROUGH THIS ENTIRE WATERPROOFING PROCESS ! With Respect, Monée 650 West Ave Miami Beach, FL
