I immediately received a response and the next morning measurements were already being taken and a quote provided within an hour. Less than 5 days later (inclusive of a weekend) installation was complete. It only took them a couple of hours to do two bathroom showers and the results are phenomenal. In this day and age it's extremely difficult to find the quality and professionalism Rembrant provides. I cannot recommend them enough!

Upon getting the new door installed, he charged me for it. Then I returned home from vacation to find the tempered glass stamp on the top right of the door, very visible. I should have noticed it right away. The stamp is usually placed on the bottom, where you can't see it. Further proof they don't have attention to detail. If you use them, be very specific. I had to check their work many times to have them straighten out handles, washers, etc.

It's difficult to get a contractor in South Florida who actually shows up when they say they will and communicates with us when they'll be late or won't be able to come at all. Ron was the opposite - he called and sent text messages, and he also worked with us to schedule a time and day that worked best for us. We would definitely recommend Diamond Glass and Mirror and won't hesitate to use them again.
