They stayed way after hours to get heat back to my house. They did this just because they are quality people and not because they knew of our medical difficulties. Greg was amazing and thanks to mike for coming and helping after he was done with his normal work day. I'm sure Gary has a lot of important things to do running the business but he came on site to help get things done. I would recommend Gary Ricks to anyone. They were fast, well priced, and very clean (they left no trash or garbage and left the furnace room very tidy).

Very unprofessional. They installed a new air conditioner and a new furnace. They did not clean up…read morein any of the areas they worked. They broke a florescence tube and said nothing about it. Two holes they made through the outside wall were only partly sealed. I called and asked for a supervisor to come out. He made me more upset than the workers did. He said this is a BRAG job isn't it; like that should make any difference. Twice he said this is a construction site; no it is my home and it is where I live. When I showed him the broken tube he said "if they broke it". So I am a liar. Showed him a piece of tubing left laying on the floor he said "probably just over looked it".
