I had an appointment for an endoscopy. They told me to be there by noon. I've had a few done in other locations with no incident but here was very different. Receptionists in the front were rude and not helpful. It was over 5 hours (total time there 6 1/2 hours) before they did my endoscopy and by that time I wanted to run out the door. Even the nurses in the back were not nice or sympathetic to the patients. Never going there again. read more

Awful experience didn't get in until 4 hours after my scheduled appointment waste of time and money very unprofessional and rude. Handed me my papers when I was sedated even though I signed to have my driver take it. Do not go here place is janky and the people all suck. read more

I came in for a routine endoscopy. Froze once they got me to a bed told them twice no blanket was offered, got there early and waited a long long time. They tried to do my procedure even when the medication didn't kick in I'm guessing because the IV wasn't in properly. I finally had to pull out the stuff down my throat. The rudest staff I have ever dealt with, I swear these people have never had any customer service training or anything. Raised their voice at my wife over the phone. Every time we have to call it's a 15 minute wait and then they answer and hang up. The doctor doesn't listen to anything you say, just talks over you and ignores you. I was there today my appointment was at 8:00 A.M. I went in and they check your temperature, everyone was wearing a mask.. The Landy at front desk was nice she gave my papers to fill out , I did get any bad vibes or anything from her , she seemed nice, I will say when you first meet Dr. Rahal in his other office it seems like your cattle but, I guess there are a lot of sick people. Nobody was rude in his office to and I waited there saw the Dr, he was quick and very. was nice in the office. Now back to the procedure got there at eight waited an hour called back changed clothes sat in chair for 45 min. there are curtains and people all around but, they are behind the curtains its not like you are laying out on a gurney somewhere and people walk by you see you. You get dressed behind the curtain. After you change and wait , they take you to a bed which is wiped down cleaned with new sheets and your are behind the curtain where you wait to go to procedure . When they come to get for the procedure they ask your date of birth and say hi very friendly people. Then few minutes go by and the ladies prep you give medicate and after that it goes quick the Dr. and nurses are polite the endoscope its not scary you don't even feel it. , Each person I talk to was very nice , they gave a blanket when I said I cold. Its not a gross environment we have mask on its clean and we are separated by curtains . I recommend it . The staff is busy but they will help you . I believe they are doing there best. My whole time there 8a.m. to 11:15 for an endoscopy not to bad. read more

I have had 2 colonoscopys here before and havent had any problems. Nurses are very friendly and informative. Procedure went well both times. My recent appointment was 6am which worked out well..i was done by 8am with no after effects other than tired from the sedation. read more

They are not professionals and they take their sweet time to do the damn endoscopy they should be seeing patients after their lunch not having them connected mean while they take a whole hour lunch.. doesn't seem like they take this very serious.. rude receptionist in the front desk too !! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! First exposure for intake is in a nice, clean well decorated suite which gives the impression of a quality practice. Competent front desk and billing, and well spoken and helpful PA. The day before scheduled procedure I had to call several times for my arrival time, only to reach a voicemail. When my wife (an M.D.) called and requested the scheduling member and was transferred to a rude and hostile person who claimed to have called and left a msg. (No record of it on any line) Day of procedure Arrived early to find the waiting area is in another part of the building. It is packed and loud. Not at all like the tasteful waiting room we expected. We wait outside. Two hours later they finally take me in. Again it's loud and unlike any other procedure facility I have ever been in. It's more like a factory for colonoscopies. After the procedure the RN phones my wife to have her meet at the exit. All the spaces are full and the RN is rude to my wife regarding my ability to dress at the moment. She brings her through the waiting area past other patients who are in treatment rooms with drapes (many drapes are not closed, no privacy) where my wife finds me exposed and unconscious with the drapes open. My wife snaps at the RN and closes the drapes to assit me and determine the correct plan of action, then the RN shoves a wheelchair into her ankle and says I have to ride in it. I am in no condition to dress, much less walk. When we leave the building the RN sends me with a "assistant" who is training and never gives any update regarding the procedure. Expect better, find any other facility/Doctor and you should experience better. read more

My primary health care provider scheduled me an appointment with Dr. Paramvir Singh Rahal. In my first office visit, he personally examined me. After he evaluated me, he advised I get a endoscopy and colonoscopy. I actually ended getting 3 procedures done. However, Dr. Paramvir Singh Rahal never contacted me back or follow-up with me to discuss the exams results. He was very unprofessional about it and instead referred me to his assistant. This office has terrible professional health service and honestly I would not recommend Dr. Paramvir Singh Rahal. This office sees you not as a patient or individual and instead they see you as business and money. His staff are rude and unprofessional. I also tried obtaining a copy of my medical records and exam results and his office did not give me the adequate records and the records that were given were very vague. If you value your health and need to get any services that this Dr. provides, I highly recommend that you look elsewhere. It is not worth your health, time, and money to be seen in an office where they don't truly care about your health. Terrible service by both Dr. Paramvir Singh Rahal and his staff. Stay away from this office, not worth your health!!!! read more
