They provide great service and are reasonably priced. I tried booking an online appointment and even though I got a text confirmation when I came in they didn't have a record because the online scheduling system didn't communicate with their regular scheduling system. Had a terrible experience. Took my car in for a water pump replacement, but they never replaced it. Instead, they claimed cylinders 2 & 3 had only 20 PSI, yet my own test showed otherwise. My serpentine belt was mysteriously sliced, and they never mentioned it. Found a broken spark plug electrode causing the misfire--no sign of the missing piece. Then they recommended a new motor? I drove it there but had to tow it back. Charging me $150 for false info and making things worse is crazy. #BAR will be in touch. read more

Went and told the guy in the office and he got the manager/owner The "manager" then proceeded to tell us that because the vehicle did not go into reverse (which he was told prior to us dropping off the vehicle) was not going to take accountability for what happened whatsoever. Said it was our fault because the car was parked in the fire lane which we DID NOT park it there when it was dropped off On top of that the parking lot is extremely small with 8 other auto shops and they have customers parking their cars off to the side next to the garage doors of the business The parking lot is severely over crowded & clearly people don't know how to drive or run a business. I brought my work truck to this shop for a smog check, which failed because of incomplete monitors and they still charged me $120 something dollars which is double most shops prices for a smog check, and that's not including a certificate being sent over to the DMV. So I warn anyone who is thinking of going to this shop, DON'T DO IT! Also, after I had gotten everything fixed I took my truck back for a second smog check at which point the worker told me they were too busy as he proceeded to wash his driveway, I didn't realize that they charged double the price until I had taken my truck to a different smog shop and it was only $60 including sending the certificate to the DMV so again, I urge anyone thinking of going to this shop to think again. read more

My husband's car wasn't doing so well, it was kind of stalling a bit and there was a clicking sound it makes when we do sharp u-turns, so we knew we needed to get it checked out. Many auto shops are closed by the time my husband gets out of work so he asked me to drop it off at this place. I called ahead to see if it was possible to get a ride back to my house once I dropped off my car and they said they can do that. I showed up with my two kids and they drove me back to my house in my car then drove back to the shop. I gave them my husband's contact to talk to him since he had an better idea of what was wrong with the car. The car was fixed in about 4 hours but their machine was having issues with taking credit cards, so they had to leave the car there overnight. The next day, they were able to take my husband's credit card and offered to drop our car off at our house and locked it with the key in it (we have an extra key). Service was wonderful, they didn't pressure us to buy or fix anything we didn't want to fix, they were very honest about how much it was going to be, options for us as far as what needs to get fixed immediately, etc. If we had more mechanics like this around, we wouldn't be stressing so much to take our cars to the shop. read more

This is definitely the place to go if you need auto repairs or smog test. Shane was the person helping me and I cannot tell you how thankful I am. My 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse OZ Edition failed three prior smog tests and all they do is test your car and say it failed they don't give you any advice on what's wrong or how to fix it. I went here and he tested my car determined what was wrong with it gave me an extremely reasonable estimate for the repairs. My car is over 17 years old and had multiple issues, Shane took the time and cared enough to make me feel comfortable and insisted whatever was wrong they would fix it, no one else seemed to care at any other shop. Not only did it pass smog and he also was able to fix my check engine light but I have been driving my car for 2 weeks now without any problems. Although I have yet to step foot in this auto service center - I am compelled to share my 24 year old daughters experience. Less than a month ago my daughter went to Mazda dealer in Temecula and was told her brakes were bad and would need to have them repaired asap and even had the audacity to state that they had stated replacing her brake pads. Charged me $55.00 for pre test and didnt even do test because the idle was too high on my jeep. Then i noticed my glove box rummaged through and my new cell phone s8 was missing. Confronted them and they denied taking it. Told them it had gps on and it would show where it was. He walked over to passenger door and opened it and amazingly it reappeared on the floor under seat.
