The people behind the counter where on it and really made a DIY feel welcome. The other customers that are Ph.D level pros where just as kind. They had enough staff to help everyone. The person that showed me how to use the machine was on it and I didn't feel Like I had a 50/50 chance on making it start. I did it right there they had an area where they show you if you need. I had planned for 2 days to do the project but with the new machine it only took me 4 hours or less. I didn't have to start and stop all the time and fill it was gas every 4mim. It was really efficient and with the weight cut I was able to get around easy. When I brought it back they helped me unload and paid for a 1/2 day. Invoice was what the invoice was. This place is 100% and if you are going to DIY it might be a good idea to add this company to your big box store list. To the staff there when I was there, well done indeed. I had a great time on this project.

You would think the workers…read morebeing in full uniform and in company cars/trucks, they would act professionally in a public place. My family and I were trying to have lunch in a restaurant and about 6 of your workers were across from us having a conversation, excessively using profanity. We were not the only family near by either. We politely got up and asked them if they could please keep it down and instead of apologizing they got defensive and responded with "Oh we can't be loud anymore." Yes sir, you may be as loud as you want, that's not the issue. The issue is the constant swearing in front of children, in a family restaurant! And maybe try to represent your company a bit better. Even one of your fellow co-workers seemed very embarrassed on they way you guys were acting. They ended up leaving and bad mouthing/cussing as they headed out the door. The other families and even the waiter thanked us because apparently they were like that all throughout their little company lunch.

She walked me through the process before scheduling me. From start to finish, he made the entire carpet cleaning process an absolute breeze. Jorge was on time, efficient, professional, and incredibly thorough. He even let me know as soon as he was on his way, which I really appreciated. Once he arrived, he took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain everything in detail. He also told me about the pet treatment and carpet protectant options, and after he explained the benefits, I definitely decided to add those services! The attention to detail was incredible, and the difference in my carpets is AMAZING. They look and feel brand new! I honestly didn't realize how much of a difference a professional cleaning could make until I saw the finished result. It's so refreshing to have a technician who is knowledgeable, personable, thorough, and genuinely takes pride in his work. Jorge went above and beyond, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. SoCal Steam Clean has officially earned a customer for life and will absolutely be my go-to carpet cleaning company from now on. I will also be recommending them to family and friends!
