This is BY FAR the best dental office I have ever gone to. The office itself is beautiful, VERY clean and modern. The equipment is state-of-the-art. The front office staff (Kye and Molly) are lovely and very friendly. The hygienists (Victoria and Nikki) are so good, and so friendly and pleasant and easy to be with. They find out your issues and work to resolve them. The dentists (Dr. George Sepiashvili and Dr. Wanda Mejia) are terrific. Dr. George is my dentist. I have had bad oral hygiene my whole life and a LOT of issues when I first came to this dental office. I had bad experiences with former dentists. I was scared to death of going to the dentist. Until Advanced Dentistry. Here, I was treated with respect and concern at all times. I've had cleanings, extractions, and root canals here with no problems afterwards, and they call me after each procedure to see how I'm doing. I very recently had all my upper teeth removed and implants put in. I was literally terrified of having this surgery. It took me a long time (too long) to commit to doing it. It's pricey - but WOW, was I an idiot to wait! The surgery went VERY well, the follow-up visits have all been fine, with no issues. I'm getting my permanent implants next month. I can't describe how happy I am that I had the surgery! I can honestly say that if Dr. George hadn't been the caring, considerate and professional person he is, I would never have gone through with the surgery and would have ended up with no teeth on top. He didn't "sell" me on the surgery, which I really appreciated. We discussed it a few times over the years, but he understood my concerns (financial and emotional) and just worked with me during that time to keep me in the best dental health possible. Also, I go 3 times a year for cleanings. I don't have any problem with the pricing, I believe it's fairly competitive, and if it's a little more, it's worth it. I've been going there for 10 years now, since I moved to this area. I can't believe the difference between other dentists and Advanced Dentistry. Not only do they do outstanding work, but the follow-up is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone, and especially to someone who has had phobia issues with other dentists, because the people at Advanced Dentistry will cure your phobia. Thanks, Dr. George! Dr. George and Dr. Mejia are the absolute BEST!!! I've had 2 root canals and one recent extraction (July 2017) as well as routine visits over the span of my 15 years with them and the attention to detail could not be better. Roots canals? Extractions? Worst things ever, right?!? Not true with Dr. George. If I had to have every tooth in my mouth removed/or root canal'd, there's honestly only one place that I'd turn to. I'm not a huge fan of pain...who is? But at Advanced Dentistry, pain is NEVER an issue. It's almost enjoyable, save for the fact that you know you're getting a root canal/tooth removed. The experience begins the moment you walk in the door....the entire staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home and at ease. In fact, going there almost feels like a homecoming of sorts...so you look forward to visits. And if you ever have follow-up questions (I tend to have a ton), there's always someone (typically, the Doctors) that are quick to answer. Dr. George even calls to check-up on patients after a particularly grueling procedure. Today I was worried that my extraction wasn't healing well and I was seen within an hour of my call...amazing, right?!?! I honestly cannot say enough about this place! As a person that experienced a terrible childhood trauma at the hands of a dentist, I NEVER went to the dentist unless I needed an extraction due to abscess. As a Nurse now, I know how important dental health is crucial to overall health. I've been scared and reluctant to seek help for my poor dentition due to SEVERAL extractions. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and service of Advanced Dentistry. I came in after years of not seeing a dentist and was a little nervous about what to expect. They were so professional and honest about what I wanted and needed to have done. I needed periodontal intervention, wanted two wisdom teeth extracted and cosmetic work on my front teeth. I had swelling to my gums that were bothering me at the time I decided to be evaluated. I knew it would be a lot of work and they did it all with the best possible outcomes. Sarah the dental hygienist is awesome. She explained everything throughout each treatment and was so thorough that with the first cleaning of each quadrant of my mouth the swelling went away immediately. I knew she was doing a great job, not by any review, but by the results that I had. Dr. Mejia did my dental extractions and made sure that I didn't have any pain and even called me later that night to see if I was okay. Dr. George is the best dentist EVER! He was so attentive, saw me on short notice (the same day) when I had any concerns, fixed my front teeth, which I couldn't be happier with, and did my filling without any pain. I cannot believe this YELP website. We have 5 great reviews and yet they are all under the "reviews not recommended" WHY? This is leading my to believe one thing.....YOU HAVE TO ADVERTISE WITH YELP or else they will keep deleting all of your good reviews. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and I have been with Dr. George and Dr. Mejia for 7 years. They are amazing dentists and only do the very best by each and every patient. They do more continuing education than any DOCTOR or DENTIST I have every met or known. They keep up with all the newest medical information and provide the most current treatments. They NEVER push treatment on a patient, EVER. We only provide all the information to the patient and let the patient make all the decisions. We have a large following of wonderful patients who love and trust us. I drive 45 minutes to get to work every day. The commute is totally worth it. I work for honest dentists who do amazing dentistry....it doesn't get any better! To any new prospective patients, come and see for yourself! After 5 years of being a patient here, I will not be returning. My husband and I have spent thousands of dollars over the years for dental cleanings and treatments. They overcharge with a smile, which I was fine with as long as we are getting concierge service. I used to work in plastic surgery in NYC, I'm used to people "blowing smoke". Their business model seems to be just that. The dentist themselves are minimally involved, and they overturn their clinical staff every few months. EVERY time I go for a cleaning, there is a new, obviously inexperienced hygienist treating me. I have to explain my dental history all over again.... I mean, why the fancy EMR system if no one is taking notes?? As an Office Manager who has worked in healthcare for 20 years, I was so turned off by the hygienist's attitude at my last cleaning that I actually walked out of the appointment. Your patients are not guinea pigs. I expect two things when I come there, for you to clean my teeth safely and make me feel comfortable, that's IT. You are charging top dollar for a smoke-and-mirrors experience, serving beverages with a smile. Your office is pristine and your staff is dressed so professionally in their black suits, maybe it's time you check-in with how you actually treat your patients. read more

Dr. Sepiashvili (Dr. George) and Dr. Mejia (Dr. Wanda) are the most highly trained, skilled, friendly, kind dentists I could ever ask for, and their bedside manner could not be better, especially in dealing with anxious patients undergoing major procedures (like myself). They truly do make their patients feel like family--always so welcoming, whether I have already seen them twice in that same week or if I go months between cleanings. Yes, certain procedures are undoubtedly expensive, but you get what you pay for, and the fact is, some people just truly have no idea how much dental procedures cost in the first place (I worked in dental, so I wasn't so surprised). I was not willing to have my teeth look like Chiclets when I was undergoing a full-mouth restoration with veneers and crowns. I wanted a natural look. A friendly smile is the facial feature most commonly associated with looking approachable, and if you feel confident about your teeth, you will (or at least should) smile all the time! I do! I was going to come on and give a good review here and now that I read the others I'm glad I did. These doctors have treated me like family from DAY ONE. Everyone in the practice is extremely professional and friendly, the place is spotless. When I came in for my initial consultation I had been truly traumatized from my past experiences with dentists and my teeth were in what I believed to be disrepair. Dr. George and Dr. Mejia were so good at coming up with a plan that worked with my limited budget and kept every promise they made me. They have been extremely generous and I never would have been able to trust someone enough to work on my teeth or afford it if it weren't for their help. These are genuinely great people and Sarah is the best she is so good and understanding with my anxiety. This office was recommended to me by a friend as I was dealing with an abundance of issues since having braces as a teen. I was at a loss of what to do and was sure I was gonna lose all of my teeth that were affected, but thankfully to Dr George and all of the staff they were able to come up with a plan to save all my teeth quickly. Dr George does everything he can to make you as comfortable as possible during the whole process, Kathy, the one who handles all appointments and sets things up, really tries to answer every single question as thoroughly as possible for your understanding, the hygienist Sarah is extremely helpful when it comes to teaching you how to properly take care of your teeth and is so sweet. I've been going to Dr.Seplahvili and Dr.Mejia for about 4 years now.They are the most caring Dentist I've ever been to.My teeth were a mess from meds I took for a disease I had and Dr.S gave me 3 options.He never once told me I had to go with the most expensive option,I had the choice.As for the people saying they went to another Dentist and didn't have cavities,maybe the other Dentist would let the cavities get bigger until you need root canal.Dr.George always put my x-rays on the big screen TV and showed me exactly what was wrong,gave me treatment options and let me decide.His staff is also second to none,they are amazing! I can't express enough how pleased I am with my recent tissue grafting surgery. Dr. George was nothing short of amazing, and I had zero pain! I knew this treatment was somewhat invasive but was so surprised that I had no pain at all. He and his team made sure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole procedure. They kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable, if I needed a break, asking if I was hot or cold, putting water on my lips to keep from drying out, and the list goes on. They kept me apprised and communicated with me many times so I never felt alone in treatment. Afterwards, Dr. George explained what healing was going to be like and what I could expect. I first met Dr George when my husband went to him for implants. My husband had some issues with his bottom teeth, he had pain and it was hard to enjoy eating. After Dr George gave him implants, he was like a new man, he had no worries at all about eating and no pain whatsoever. He was healthy and smiling again. For years, I suffered from severe TMJ discomfort, jaw clicking, and jaw misalignment. Other TMJ doctors, dentists, orthopedists, and physical therapists did not help me. I completely agree with many of the reviews on here. Just because they chose to advance their education does not mean that it's the patients responsibility to get them out of debt, pay for their vacations , luxury cars and whatever it else it is they feel they deserve. I've given this place a shot and just as I've seen here, was over quoted , told I needed much more extensive work, hounded with text messages for check ups . I have nice, functioning teeth . That is the point of teeth . The assistant who I first dealt with told me the dentists there did all of her work..her teeth looked so white it seemed inhuman , they appeared to be made of glass as they reflected the light coming in through the windows and the overhead lamp.. it was just abnormal looking ... not natural at all . Dr. Mejia and her staff are friendly, professional, upfront, informative, and flexible. You will not regret your decision to see them. I ignored jaw issues for the better part of forty years, and when it became intolerable, I was not optimistic about my chances for improvement. I was wrong.
