They answered my call immediately and said they'd have a dentist available for me by 2:00 that afternoon. Dr Hannah was there when I arrived. She checked me in, x-rayed my tooth, cleaned my crown (which I had recovered) re-bonded it and had me ready to go in 20 minutes. Not only was she fast and professional, she took extra time to tell me where to go in the area, as well as the best route to the Black Hills and areas of interest along the way and at our destination. The hygienist not only took repeat x-rays, but I now just got a collections letter for a $65 exam fee I never paid. I brought up the x-rays during the consultation and she immediately comp'd them. But now I get to dispute the exam charge with an attorney's office because they sent it to collections.
