Worst dentist I've ever had. When numbing me I felt like the needle was pushed further than needed…read more I've had braces and been numbed before with different doctors all over Sioux Falls & it NEVER felt like this before. It seemed like the doctors and assistants were more concerned with their conversations than being gentle. Offered the TV just to talk over it... Also, when I came in for a cleaning the assistant kept scraping my gums very hard...again I've never had that during past cleanings so it felt unnecessary and done on purpose to cause pain. I mistakenly referred my mom to come here and they missed a diagnosis of a gum disease she had which eventually lead to tooth loss. Overall very unprofessional and shouldn't be open at all in my opinion. I've since transferred to 10th street dental and they're amazing !! From the sweet assistants always asking if everything's going fine to the doctor being informative and giving great advice !

Scouring the list of dentists, nearly every one was closed. The first that didn't indicate it was closed until Monday was First Class Dental Care. They answered my call immediately and said they'd have a dentist available for me by 2:00 that afternoon. Dr Hannah was there when I arrived. She checked me in, x-rayed my tooth, cleaned my crown (which I had recovered) re-bonded it and had me ready to go in 20 minutes. Not only was she fast and professional, she took extra time to tell me where to go in the area, as well as the best route to the Black Hills and areas of interest along the way and at our destination. If I lived within 100 miles of Sioux City this would be my family dentist. Thank you Dr. Hannah for coming in on your day off and taking such excellent care of me.

A Truly Pleasant Dental Experience…read more I recently visited this clinic for three appointments over the last two months (for a filling and a crown), and my experience was consistently excellent from start to finish. Front Desk Team: The reception area is run by a fantastic team. I had the pleasure of speaking with "Daniella, Vanesa, Christy, Morgan, and the angelic eyes" each one as kind and helpful as the last. They were all patient and thorough in helping me clarify my insurance coverage. What struck me most was their genuine warmth; talking to them felt so comfortable, as if I were catching up with old friends. They have a way of making you feel seen and welcomed from the moment you walk in. The Dentist: While I may not have seen much of Dr. Bradley Hruby's face behind the mask, his professionalism and skill were unmistakable. He was incredibly cordial and thorough, explaining each step with a friendly demeanor that put me at ease. Like the front desk staff, he made me feel like a known and valued patient, not just a number. The work he did was meticulous, and I am very pleased with the results. Overall Atmosphere: The clinic itself has a serene and calming spirit, which is quite an achievement for a space that isn't small. There's a genuine sense of care that permeates the entire practice. If I were staying in the region, this would undoubtedly be my permanent dental home. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled, gentle, and exceptionally pleasant dental experience. Highly recommended

If the kids were scared, they didn't want them to need the parent. They wanted them to build a 'dental - patient' trust. When I questioned him on it he wouldn't budge. Well, I'm sorry, but with all the sexual predators out there, plus the fact that my kids have had bad dental experiences in the past, I won't force them to go in a room with a stranger by themselves. What about children who deal with anxiety, ADHD, autism, or who have been sexually assaulted? And of course children are going to look to their parents for comfort if they're scared - that's called 'child - parent' trust. This dental office just lost a family of six because of their policy.
