Which the MANAGER was who I spoke with, and she guaranteed me that the visit would be free & that they wouldn't do x-rays since i had literally just been x-rayed at my primary dds. The hygienist not only took repeat x-rays, but I now just got a collections letter for a $65 exam fee I never paid. I brought up the x-rays during the consultation and she immediately comp'd them. But now I get to dispute the exam charge with an attorney's office because they sent it to collections. When I left my consultation appointment, they had told me to my face there was NO CHARGE for the visit. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

Well, I'm sorry, but with all the sexual predators out there, plus the fact that my kids have had bad dental experiences in the past, I won't force them to go in a room with a stranger by themselves. What about children who deal with anxiety, ADHD, autism, or who have been sexually assaulted? No one could help or referred me to somewhere else because they (the other places) couldn't do extractions. I came to First class dental and the scheduled me in the very next morning. The lady at the front desk was great and extremely understanding. I truly felt she sincerely cared about my pain and situation. The atmosphere of the building was beyond any dental office EVER! It's set up like you're in an airplane! COMFY airplane seats for waiting, amazing sky themed lighted ceiling and the rooms even had what looked like passenger windows on a plane. The owner is a pilot so I found this beyond awesome and it has amazed me. Everything about this place was above and beyond and everyone working there was the absolute best.
