Madeleine informed me that we have been dismissed from Southeastern Dental due to financials (my daughter is not in network and I didn't pay upfront for my cleaning) and for "not showing up to an appointment" (They didn't have any masked to provided and I didn't have one). I've never had a problem with getting an appointment for when I need which is often later in the day. I've also never had to wait long which is a testament to how efficient the place is ran. I've seen a few different dentists and hygienists; everyone had been kind and treated me very professionally. An example is that I tend to grind my teeth mostly in my sleep. The dentist suggested a mouth guard and gave me different options either getting one on my own or through the office. They ran my insurance to estimate it without pressuring me to buy anything That's how I can tell they care about you as a patient. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a great dentist!

There hasn't been any change or problem areas since my last cleaning. When I refused hoping to get my regular cleaning my appointment was canceled. I felt pushed into getting treatment without a clear explanation as to why. A rush job and it's their way or the highway.
