Inside is very clean and well organized. Everyone is so friendly and personable and they make you feel very comfortable and welcomed. I love that they will go over insurance and pricing so you know how much everything will cost prior to the procedure. Also, you don't have to wait too long in the lobby, once checked in you're taken back to a room in a timely manner. I just went in for a teeth cleaning and I am very satisfied. I can honestly say this has been one of the best teeth cleaning experiences that I've had in a very long time. I feel like she really took her time to thoroughly clean my teeth and paid attention to detail so my teeth could be as perfectly clean as possible. Their professionalism goes well beyond their call of duty. It seems every time I go for my periodic cleaning, they are always up to date with the newest technology and news within the field, which they pass on to their patients (such as diagnosing for oral cancer via a new screening tool and sleep apnea via a short set of questions they ask). More than once I have heard how Dr. Isaacs was at a conference, giving a conference, learning something new, etc. Dr. Isaacs and her staff go above and beyond the call of being a dentist office. And I have been traumatized ever since I was kid from going to the dentist which carried over to my adulthood. But coming here as calmed my fears in a MAJOR way, to the point that I am not scared or nervous out of my pants to go!!! Their "bed side manner" and dealing with patients is amazing. Thank goodness for it!! Cavities have been filled, teeth have been cleaned and other procedures that normally would have FREAKED ME OUT ... not here. And I WAS NOT a person to call the dentist if I felt a little bit of pain or discomfort or sensitivity ... NOPE ... it will go away in a few days ... but I am NOT calling. No sirree bob! But not now. We found Coast Dental on Tuscawilla (recommended by friends and our new insurance provider). At first, I was nervous because - well - you know, it's a new dentist and you never know what to expect. It's like starting over. But MAN am I glad that I started over with THIS place! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and relaxed. The waiting area is very pleasant, so I didn't mind waiting 10 minutes until it was my turn. Then one of the technicians came out, Maria Rose, and she was awesome. She explained everything to me, BEFORE performing any work on me and gave me very explicit instructions on how to make the xray process a little more comfortable... she went over my xrays with me right there after they were printed, and she educated me quite a bit on dental terms that I had never known before. The hygienist, Dean, did a fantastic job with the cleaning - - I had never experienced a cleaning with the 'sonic' cleaning device he used, and I loved it! They didn't try to sell me on anything, although because of my gum recession, they recommended an electronic toothbrush that worked almost like the 'sonic' cleaning device they used during my cleaning... so I bought one and it's amazing. The dentist was very cordial, (despite the incredibly tragic recent loss of his wife), and he took the time to explain what needed to be done for me to help my gum recession. She uses magical words, as she describes it, and explains everything she does without rushing her work, and my boys never have tears when leaving her office. She is very gentle and always makes sure she is never causing pain because if at any time my boys ever complain of pain, she'll reassess and take a break if needed. She just does amazing work, truly grateful for her. There's no one like her! She is hands down, the best pediatric dentist we've ever met.

You truly believe her when she says that she will take care of your child as if they are her own. And that takes a lot of trust. They speak to you as if they are mandatory services and not optional. The older women at the front desk are terrible. They are nice to your face but will speak about you behind your back. I called and canceled my appointment and received confirmation. The next day, they call to ask if I'm coming to my appointment. I explained that I called and cancelled the appointment the day prior. She said okay and apologized and hung up. Weeks later I receive a bill for $50 due to missing my appointment. I called and explained that I canceled. She said no problem they will take care of it. A few weeks later I receive another bill. I go in and show them my call log and that I called and canceled the appointment. They said okay and that it would be handled. A few weeks later I receive a bill for $50 again. I finally just decided to pay the money rather than this poorly run dental office send something to collections and ruin my credit due to them trying to scam patients who have cancer. Was referred to Dr. Louria by my dentist because I was having major pain. I've never had a…read moretoothache or work such as a root canal so I was EXTREMELY nervous. My dentist, who identified no general issue with my teeth, identified an area that needed a specialist such as Dr. Louria. Upon leaving, I called their office as I was literally walking out of my dentist and I was able to get in the next day. At that consultation visit it was determined that there was an issue with a crowned tooth and a root canal was recommended. Fortunately, again, they were able to get me in the next day. Due to my pain level and anxiety, I was able to get Halcion, a sedation med, and had zero pain, no concerns, it was a breeze. No pain during or since. Would highly recommend Dr. Louria and this practice. Thank you as I'm no longer scared of root canals!
