I am taking them to court, as I was refused my dentures, that were being sent back to the lab numerous times, because they were loose. I called my insurance agency, and was told they would give me new dentures, after giving them back the other set! What set? I was given one set, period, and Patel kept playing with them, I didn't even want them to be sent to the lab the last time I was there. I have several phone messages, which I have had my insurance company, and a lawyer hear, from Melissa, saying they received my denture back from the lab and to come on in. I kept asking for Patel to call me before I did, but he never did. So, I went in to get my denture ( which my insurance paid for) they refused to hand it over. So, now the company is being sued, and will be so happy to see them in court!

I have always had problems with my teeth and have partial dentures, adding teeth consistently throughout those 20 years. Along the way I had some trouble with illness and the pandemic interfering with progress. When I finally had to get a full denture, I thought I was in good hands. When I had them delivered it was at an oral surgeons office, it was then I noticed the new full dentures were yellow. I could not understand why because I always had dentures and always had white. But they are yellow. When I called the office, they gave me a hard time, they had a very poor attitude like oh well too bad. The office manager Dana did not want to fix them, she complained about writing something off before, which I do not understand because I have always had insurance, and good insurance. They finally agreed to fix them, I dropped them off and they said it would be much longer than they previously said. I had to get them back because of a family event and needed teeth. Unfortunately this only made her angrier and the one lady legit yelled at me on the phone. I was so afraid because they said they wrote off charges (which I have never heard and don't understand) that I feared they would charge me to get them back and I cannot afford to be at the whim of an office manager that does not care about people. No one could ever explain why they made them yellow, but I (and insurance) spent $1700 for a top and $1700 for a bottom and the bottom does not fit and the top is yellow. My mind wonders if it was intentional just to hurt me because of something the office manager was mad about. It is devastating, I can't even smile and don't trust them to fix it. She was horrible to me and you cannot trust them, they are mean and spiteful. It is ludicrous to believe that anyone would want their denture color changed from white to yellow. Don't go there.

Office - one star out of five Perhaps my biggest problem I have with this place of business is that I had issues with billing on two occasions. Things were eventually straightened out, but it caused me a great deal of stress that I did not need. It's hard to get though to the office on the phone. The office seems to be adequately staffed, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Also, I want to mention that one of the office staff was not wearing their mask when I checked out. I don't have any particular concerns about covid, but state regulations required masks in medical facilities at the time of this writing, and I would expect staff to follow these regulations. This person was also loud and quite rude. Fortunately I did not deal with her personally. Hygienists - three stars out of five A mixed bag here. Most seemed friendly enough. There was one in particular that seemed to have a bit of an attitude and was even bickering with the dentist during my procedure. Dentists - three stars out of five I'm not sure how many dentists actually work in this place. I've only seen one other dentist there outside of the one I always see. One of the reasons I initially chose this dentistry office is because I saw a lot of dentists listed as working there. I thought that would allow for short wait times for appointments, but that isn't the case. For an EMERGENCY appointment, you can expect to wait one to two weeks. The dentist I always see seems to be nice enough. He did seem a bit dismissive about some concerns I had, though. I get the feeling he was just too busy to deal with things, possibly because they have too many clients for the amount of dentists that work there. Oral surgeons - four stars out of five I had multiple root canals done here. Everything went well. I was anxious about them, but it really wasn't a big deal at all. Well, a big deal for your wallet unless you have great dental coverage, but not a big deal otherwise. The only complaint that I have is that you'll have to wait three or so weeks to get an appointment for oral surgery. I'm guessing there is only one surgeon that works there. As is the case with dentists, they need more for the amount of clients they have. Overall, I can't really recommend this place. It's not a "nightmare" or worst experience I've ever had. But it is disappointing.

When the time did come, staff remained friendly, kind, and remember the little things. And that's just the front office staff! Dr. Murray and the technicians do their best to make everyone feel comfortable and create a safe environment. My son had spacers put in in the middle of February. And then Covid hit. Because there was so much uncertainty and what would stay open and what was shot, Dr. Murray took the spacers and said we would start again. He didn't want My son to have to keep The spacers in longer than necessary. Small, little things like this, really let you know they care. I've also seen Dr. Murray for a consultation in regards to orthodontic work. He didn't book me in just to have a client to charge. He encouraged me to make the best decision that was right for me. And that is priceless."
