Honestly, the best. Years ago, back in 2013, I sent my dad here on a Groupon to get a cleaning and…read morean idea of how much fixing up his teeth would cost. Dr. Fan sat with him and did many slides of x-rays and wrote out the skeletons of a comprehensive plan to tackle all the issues. My dad then had a separate health crisis and also spent some time abroad. Fast forward to end of 2018, my dad had been living under my care for two years, and I'm adamant he receives regular dental care. I wrestle him back here for a cleaning a month ago. We discover that an old dental bridge is teetering on the edge of collapse. Dr. Fan again devises a full plan that calls for the bridge to be taken out, two teeth removed, and dental implants. Upon learning the cost of such an undertaking, my dad starts to waffle. The day before his first appointment to start the implant process, he shows up to the clinic wanting to negotiate the price down. Dr. Fan took the time to explain to him what he was and wasn't being charged for (actually discounts), and why some materials cost what they do. Instead of being impatient or offended, Dr. Fan provided my dad actual medical advice and care, above and beyond what is required of him. All the front desk people and dental technicians are super nice and friendly. We had a mix-up about payment that was completely my doing. I ran right back after getting home, and in the probably half hour I was gone, they'd already taken all the steps they could on their end to hopefully help resolve the issue. They went through all that trouble even though it was totally not their fault. I have every confidence in the work Dr. Fan does, and I think the clinic is staffed with really caring and kind people. If I didn't have such anxiety that prevents me from "breaking up" with my own dentist, I'd come here myself. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Whichever I could start with I can say the last straw was the dentist assistant doing part of the procedure that required water and her getting said water in my hair and down my neck. When I went into the office I wasn't in pain, but 15 hours later I am now. I ended up leaving with the temp crown only because I have zero confidence in them.

I have now had one filling and three cleanings in my year and a half as a client and am grateful to have found Blanc for a number of reasons: 1) Flexibility with scheduling and the team here was even understanding when I arrived (I NEVER do this) 15 minutes late to a cleaning. 2) No nonsense "service" with just facts. No additional "selling" of things that has made me feel really scheezy at other dentist offices. 3) Tight knit and kind team that always makes me feel at ease. 4) FAST appointments. Even my filling took less than an hour. Overall the best experience I've ever had at a dentist and this team will have me as a patient for as long as I live in Philadelphia. Thanks so much, team!

I know I have a couple of things that have needed to be repaired but they are not critical and do not cause me pain so I've never had them fixed. (Small wear and tear openings at the gum-line that need filling). I was using the cleanings as an opportunity to screen for competency. Honestly, I've been underwhelmed with the dentists that I've met in Philly. My teeth were poorly cleaned, I've experienced pain and an overall lack of professionalism which is why I am commenting here. Dr Regni was the fourth Dentist I visited and I have since returned a couple of times. My teeth were cleaned well, I was not presented any holistic dental package, nor was I pressured to sign up for a long-term treatment or payment plan. As I stated, my teeth were well cleaned, the openings were identified and I was provided a price. That was it -- and no I did not commit to having Dr Regni make the repair. I didn't even schedule my next appointment at that time although I have since returned and had one of the openings filled. It is a moderately small office, (it's on a street of South Philly office fronts, ofcourse it's small). A handful of staffers and admins and the hygienist seem to make up the staff. It is comfortable, they are polite. There are dozens of current magazines and a wall-mounted tv to entertain you while you wait. Do they give you follow-up calls? Yes they do but in this day and age I do not find that off-putting. People will let their teeth slip down the list of priorities, they will reach out to try to make themselves and your teeth a priority. And finally on cost, I did not have a current coupon when I was settling my bill although I mentioned that I had received one. They gave me the discount on the spot, and I appreciated it. Good Dentist for busy professionals like me.
