And the reason your mind is freaking out is because it knows the door is self-locking and the keys are on the other side. D'oh! I appreciate their speediness. I hope not to find myself in this situation again, but if I do, I know who to call.

Scott had all his workers installing security systems on the day I was requesting to have mine installed. He took the time to come over himself to install my alarm to get it done in a timely manner. This was not an expectation I had and was shocked to see him as the one who came to my door to install it! He is a great person and goes the extra mile to help his customers. He even goes as far as to install competitors cameras and security systems on top of his own so that he can give you a real evaluation. He can tell you the difference between each product as well as the good and the bad of each. He was honest about all of it. With everything going on in the world I was loosing sleep at night. Now with my alarm system I have honestly slept so much better since we installed our Clover Smart Home alarm system. Thank you so much Scott! I highly recommend them for a home security system. The install was quick and the system is really easy to use. My favorite part is the garage door opener! Too often with 4 kids I would leave my home in a chaotic mess and unable to remember if I shut my garage door. It was annoying to say the least driving back home to ensure it was shut. Now all I have to do is look at my app and I can see if my garage door is shut or not. The best news is that if it is open all I do is hit the close button. Then my garage door will close even if i am not close to home! My mom brain can finally catch a break! :) Email Scott to have them come over to give you all his information, you wont regret it! I've known Andrew Russo since 2003 and have had OnGuard Alarm provide alarm monitoring service for…read morethe past 5 years. I have referred OnGuard to a number of family, friends and clients. Why do I choose to do business with Andrew over the bigger companies...It's the service, professionalism and the honesty. When I switched to OnGuard we had an existing system in place. Instead of trying to sell me on new equipment Andrew used what he could. He also went over with us were the gaps in our protection was and how we could address them. I found out that my "old" system had left me with some pretty big holes in coverage. When we've had issues like "low batteries" or connection issues with the alarm, Andrew and his guys have contacted us to let us know what needs to be done. I have seen OnGuard provide similar service to those I have referred to them. I trust and would never use another provider for an alarm system.
