I called a local appliance store to work on my LG refrigerator and they referred me to Andrew at…read moreArts Repair. Andrew arrived at my house, not in a company truck with no logos etc. He stated that he could diagnose my refrigerator and get it up and working. We called LG for a new compressor and a new memory board that was under warranty (free) from LG. It was shipped directly to my house. Andrew and a friend came back with hardly any tools needed for the job and replaced both items. I paid him $500! My refrigerator worked for a few weeks then stopped cooling. I called Andrew and after many attempts and days passed he got back to me. He came back and put additional coolant in the compressor and left. It never worked and after multiple weeks of texting and calling he never got back to me. I had a different repair company come out and that technician fixed the problem within two hours. He used a computer to update the memory board (something Andrew never did). This repair person told me all the things that Andrew and Arts Repair didn't do properly and just skipped in his workmanship. DO NOT USE ARTS APPLIANCES. Lack of customer service! Lack of trust. It seemed shady when he showed up and I should have gone with my gut and not used them. I called the local appliance store that told me about Arts Appliance (Andrew) and notified them of the situation. They stated that they should not have recommended Arts Appliance because it's a company policy not to refer business to other companies even if it is an LG. They told me that was their 2nd call of the day regarding Arts Appliance and the same scenario.

But he took the time to look the furnace over thoroughly and found none of the issues I told him the other technician claimed he found. Long story short, he saved me a ton of money! Honest and professional. They made a new customer for any future HVAC issues.

He tried to replace another part to the ice maker and still, no ice. Although Chris was not able to repair our ice maker he refunded all of our money. Throughout the entire process his communication was phenomenal and was also respectful to always wear a mask and disinfect the areas he was working on. New furnace, a/c and humidifier. Ouch! Called Franzen and from the time they inspected our old system to ordering our new equipment and getting us in for install, it was just a little over a week. Amazing turn around time and service! Very fair pricing too. Tony worked with our budget and have us a few different options. He explained the various levels of furnace efficiency and helped us choose the right equipment for our house. We ended up going with the most efficient unit and he explained the additional vent pipe that this would require that was included in the installation process. Jason and Trevor completed the install. They were so kind, respectful and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to talk to my kids and keep an eye on our dog while I took the kids out. It was really a pleasure to have them over working on our house. Very tidy too! Put down lots of drop clothes to protect our carpet.
