At first, I saw something in their inventory that caught my eyes, so I emailed Harvey Lexus. Brian emailed and called me back, we made an appointment, came in, did some test drives, and then voila Brian has a car that is perfect for me. The rest of Harvey staff is awesome too. Steve didn't push other extra services on me, he told me what Harvey offers like extra paint protection, services, and so on. I declined and both Brian and Steve are okay, not pushy. Other places will try to get every penny out of ya. Then Jordan showed me all the car features. Brian was so sweet, he put a red bow on it. Picture perfect!

I recently purchased a pre-owned automobile from Delta Imports. I worked with Jen Wittlinger in…read moretheir sales department. Since I've purchased many cars in my life, both new and pre-owned (both from private parties and dealers), I've had many experiences. Buying a pre-owned car is always a leap-of-faith, buyer beware situation. The car I bought had low mileage for the year and was represented to me to be in great shape. The service department went over the vehicle top to bottom and fixed or replaced anything which needed attention before they put it on the lot. A few days AFTER I purchased the car, I noticed something which escaped my attention during the buy process. There was a repair made by the previous owner on the right front fender which was not done well. In fact there was a 1 x 2" area where the paint was bubbling. Because the car was in such great shape and the fender issue was obscure, I figured I should have been more careful and now it's my problem. However, I also thought it's possible the dealer missed this issue as it appeared to me they made every effort to fully disclose the condition of the car when I bought it. I called Jen and explained the situation. She and Delta could have said "sorry" but instead she asked me to drive it in so they could look at it. After the professionals looked at it, they told me they would fix this problem at no additional cost to me. Wow. If you bought a car from a private party or probably any other dealer, the outcome of this situation would not have been so easy. It's obvious to me this dealer is taking the long view of business. Based on my experience thi time around and the last time around (2nd car I've purchased from them), I would strongly recommend this dealer and Jen Willlinger in sales.

Complete lack of communication, unprofessional service department…read more My experience with the service team at Porsche Grand Rapids has been thoroughly disappointing due to a severe lack of professionalism and basic customer communication. Key Issues: Unreachable Staff: Calling the dealership routes you directly into an automated AI system that never connects you to an actual service advisor or manager. Unprofessional Communication: When correspondence actually occurs, it consists of sporadic, overly informal text messages rather than professional updates or documentation. Zero Follow-Through: Phone calls and emails go unreturned for days. They are quick to give verbal brush-offs on major service and repair issues, but refuse to provide written updates or official claim tracking numbers when requested. A brand like Porsche requires a service department that operates with transparency and urgency. Hiding behind automated phone trees and ghosting clients is unacceptable. I would strongly advise taking your vehicle and business to another dealer that respects their customers' time.

These people strait up played me. Went to have my envoy serviced. So initially I went in because my…read morepower steering pump wasn't working , coming to find out it didn't need a new one . So they replaced that then they charged me $1,100 after they told me it was only going to be 750. And then when I confronted them about the huge difference in price the owner threatened me threatened to keep my vehicle and overcharge me for storage fees for every single day if I didn't just pay and leave . So I had my vehicle brought to a real mechanic and sure enough these assholes put the wrong serpentine belt on and put it on there so tight that it had to be totally disassembled to get it off . And so then putting that wrong serpentine belt on would have caused so many future problems for my vehicle . This was the second time they've done this to me . So the first time I brought it in for the same issue . So anyways they replace the fuel pump I pay that time it was $1,200 I don't have the receipt anymore otherwise I'd post that too but this has been about a year now . And I just didn't think about leaving any kind of review because I was pretty upset . You know so anyways I gave them $1,200 I leave I get two blocks away in my power steering doesn't work anymore so I turn right around go right back and dude comes out trying to act like he's looking for what the problem is then he offers to put it back on the lift to show me something and then gives me this line where he says oh I could just shed a tear for you too talking to me and my boyfriend . Once this place is original owners passed away the place went down the hill fast I will never bring my vehicle here ever again the only time I ever did in the beginning was for the $13 oil changes . And I cannot find their business that's open right now otherwise I'd be blasting this all over their website . But these people are shady as hell and will try to fight you if you disagree with them because that's what the owner Dave did to me . You're all pieces of s*** Dave and your son.
